This hotel is very well situated for those arriving in Florence by train or by coach. It is clean and functional. My only complaint (but it is a big one!) is that it states in its advertising that it has free wifi in all areas. It does not! It has a very feeble, intermittent connection on Floor A where there... Stayed for 3 nights - good standard of hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only problem with room was that it was at rear of building over looking bus terminal which meant that I could hear bus announcements from early morning to early eve. More an irritation which did not affect sleep. Room very good business type room... More

Great hotel, stunning rooms & lovely bathroom (which is important)! Very central to the town (5 min walk) & opposite the train station which made travelling around very handy!!! Breakfast was lovely (buffet style but lots of choice)! - the bar area was cosy & staff friendly! Would definitely stay here again when I next visit!!!! Big thumbs up!!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it really wasn't long enough. From the moment we arrived the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful even giving us a map of the city and pointing out directions to many of the famous landmarks. The room was lovely and clean (the bed was even softer than ours at home!). I was... More

Rude staff... very argumentative and unhelpful. Argued with us and then spoke Italian about us to each other. Location is directly across from train and bus station. The hotel seriously smells horrible- like poop. It seems there are different areas of the hotel, one newly remodeled, and we were put in an older part very far away from the breakfast... More

Just left from beautiful Firenze, this hotel made our 4 days staying more beautiful and relaxing! Everything was just perfect, location perfect(next to the train station but not notice at all), the staff was really helpful, the room was a really pleasant surprise for us! The rio was spacious, with clean furniture and a queen bed, the most wonderful was... More

We stayed here with Globus tours, opposite the train station, minutes walk from the hotel to Santa Maria Novello Church and 10 mins to the Duomo. The room was massive and very nicely designed. staff very pleasant wifi is great and breakfast is mouth watering, will definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon. It is literally opposite the train station - handy but there are some unsavoury characters that gather around the station at times. It is less than a two minute walk from the hotel to Santa Maria Novello Church and I would say around 10 mins to the Duomo! We... More

lovely staff comfortable rooms and spacious. WiFi does not always work. It was close to the railway station if you needed that and a not unmanageable walk to the sights and sounds of Florence. Breakfasts were good and well managed by the staff

We were staying in Hotel Club Firenze, the sister hotel, which did not have a bar, so we came here for our nightcaps. Sami the barman was brilliant - a real asset to the hotel - his cocktails were some of the best we have ever had - he even went out of his way to buy bananas so my... More
