Just returned from a short break at this hotel. The location, next to the main station, is great for the key sights. It is noisy though if you want to open your hotel window! fortunately the heating in our room worked well, oUr friends however overheated in their room because they could not adjust the temperature! The room was good,... More

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend trip to Florence. The hotel is located just opposite the train station and is within walking distance of all the major sights. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and very efficient. The bar is lovely and the range of drinks very good. There was always service with a smile. The hotel... More

I really wish I could say good things about this hotel, but our stay wasn't pleasant. The staff are not rude, but not particularly pleasant or welcoming. The rooms are clean, but have no kettle. The safe didn't work on arrival, had to be replaced. The air conditioning only has heat mode, so the rooms are hot until the heat... More

The hotel was fun and really well located. We got a room on the side of the train station, but honestly, were never bothered by it. The balcony provided us with the most amazing view which made us forget there even was a train nearby! The location was great! We were within walking distance from just about everything we wanted... The staff of this hotel is really arrogant. First the service is really really slow, they will not give you any help you ask for. For example, we asked them for a wine bottle opener. They refused and you have to go to the bar where the guy may ask for a charge to open a simple wine bottle. The... More

Dear Sir, Referring to your review, we really regret in reading about our Hotel in that way, A four star hotel reception usually has not corkscrew and so the staff suggested to go to the bar of the Hotel. For this kind of service we never ask any payment. When we assigned your room we respected the kind of room... More

I loved this hotel! The staff were so friendly and so helpful, as we checked in they gave us a map and circled all the famous landmarks, and the map was very easy to follow also! We stayed in a junior suite, not sure how it can be called a junior suite when really it was just a double room... More

This hotel is fair: Nice, clean bathroom, good breakfast, friendly english-speaking staff. I highly recommend it to those going to Florence with train, because it is the best hotel of the area and its entrance is right opposite the train station entrance. The cons: the rooms are tiny (however the bathrooms are huge and renewed). It is only 5 minutes... More

The hotel is opposite the Santa Maria Novella train station and is very stylish and functional and despite outside appearances is modern and contemporary inside. The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable and although the view was the bus station there was no noise. The bar and lounge areas were lovely and breakfast is as expected continental... Stayed here for 3 nights. Great location enabled us to walk to all the main museums, churches, squares, cafes etc. Clean modern room and comfortable bed. Unfortunately room wifi was intermittent at best.
