Very pleasant hotel, not WOW, but incredible value for money, the staff are incredibly helpful, helping organise trips, dinner and were really flexible when we wanted to change our plans. The location of the hotel is superb, close to everything and on a very upmarket shopping street. You literally cannot go wrong booking this hotel. more

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in a good location, especially if you like "designer" goods. Well within walking distance of all Florence's main attractions. Hotel clean and adequate. This is a great little hotel which is close to everything. We caught the train from Nice all the way to Florence and then walked to the hotel with our bags.
