This was a really perfects stay in Florence. In a beautiful building, very well kept with a lot of the original furnishings and paintings. The bathroom was extremely clean, very modern and stylish. The villa is surrounded by a big park of about 2 ha, one of the largest privately owned gardens in Florence, with a special atmosphere. The villa... More

I had read the reviews on here prior to travelling and loved the look of this place so decided to book. My brother and I were travelling through Europe and I booked a twin room. The old lady who is the owner speaks very little english. She took us to our room and someone else was in it. So she... More

We are sorry that this guest was not able to fully appreciate the nature of our structure, as fully described in our website, it is a historical residence directly managed by the Nardi's family that provides all its rooms to give guests the opportunity to live in a context of elitism and privacy and originality unique! What a beautiful stately home in which to stay for a day in Florence. I am sorry this was a transition stay and did not give us the opportunity to enjoy it to its full potential. Big well appointed room, quiet, very comfortable and well serviced. Surrounded by well maintained gardens to wander and close to public transport which was... More

The villa (property) is amazing and it is family run. They have only 5 bedrooms. Ours was spacious, quiet, and nice. Everything is renovated. People from reception are nice but not too friendly. If you have a car you have to pay extra per night. Their reception hours are limited so be sure to be there on time! Breakfast was... More

We wanted to express our dissatisfaction with this booking. We reserved all our stays for our European vacation based on reviews by Booking and Trip Advisor. We were so disappointed with Villa Nardil I had to write. We were greeted with a very grumpy old woman, who warned us to be there before 12noon or after 3 pm, she told... More

The hotel is not too far from city centre. We walked downtown. It takes about 20-30 min. Receptionist Andrea was very friendly and gave us some good advice for dinner. The lady at breakfast seemed a bit grumpy at first but was helpful and friendly - a bit of a rough charme you could call it. Room was very clean... More

We liked the place, it's very ancient but important things like the bathrooms have been well renovated and the staff is very friendly - mainly Andrea who had good tips about restaurants in the city, but also the lady who did the breakfast (more charming on the 2nd glance). We found a bit sad that there were so many bans... More

We arrived at the front gate where we pressed the intercomm to be let in. An elderly sounding lady answered the intercomm. Our room was very big and included a sauna. Breakfast was served in a typical italian kitchen with typical italian food. The kitchen lady is very nice (Paula), and organised a taxi for us at 7am so we... More

We appreciate that our guests have enjoyed the family atmosphere and refined at the same time of our villa, fully integrating with our staff! Actually, our hotel is located 15 minutes from the historic center, just below the Piazzale Michelangelo ... so I would not exactly an isolated place! ;-) More

At first, we arrived at Villa Nardi and was greeted by an elderly Italian lady (Ms Nardi) who opened the door and showed us around the place. After seeing the inside we quickly realised that Villa Nardi was also her home. We were shown the ground rules which were normal as per any hotel, but she did come off as... More

The room was very quite, nicely furnished with antiques, and very clean. The toilet was super new with mosaic tales. The breakfast was abundant in a big kitchen with typical italian food. A great value for money. The Parking was free in the villa's park. I really suggest the villa to couples who loves a romantic place.
