We stayed here for two nights. It's not a four star compared to American hotels, but probably four star compared to the other three star hotels we stayed at in Italy. Working AC, decent WiFi, large room, small bathroom with everything you need (including a shower curtain). Breakfast had enough variety to get us going for the day. Location was... More

We stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel is conveniently located. Room was clean. There was always plenty to eat at breakfast, but is was the same each day. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. As previous people have said it's not what I would consider 4 star but was reasonable value for money.

Very central hotel located close to the train station and centre of the city. Would not classify hotel as a 4 star personally. Room furnished in old style and very spacious. Bathroom on the small side. Breakfast is a bit weak. However the staff are excellent and very helpful. Hotel is clean. More pluses then minuses but nothing extraordinary.

Good Hotel. The room was a good size and furnished to the age of the hotel. It is noted as 4 star but we feel it is more to the 3 star level. Bathroom is more updated and modern. Very central to railway station and city centre. Staff very good and went out of their way to assist.

I was in the hotel last year with my mum. The room had a good size. The breakfast was really good and the ladies were so frendly! We didnt speak italian and they didnt speak spanish but we talked every morning! The two ladies in the reception, specially the one with short hair were so kind as well, and the... More

The room decor was very outdated, although the bathrooms were newer and quite nice. The staff was friendly and the breakfast above average. That said the wifi was nearly non existent and was very inconvenient in terms of making any arrangements from the hotel. Location was convenient, very close to train station and short walks to all the major sights.

I was traveling by myself and spent three nights there. I had a room in the second floor, decorated like an old palace. The staff is quite friendly, the location is very good(a walking distance from all touristic attractions) and the breakfast was also quite nice. I would recommended knowing that italian standards for hotels are quite particular.

Stayed at the Atlantic Palace for 1 night. It is located about 5 minutes from the railway station and close to local restaurants and some of the not to miss sights when in Florence. The room provided on the second floor was excellent, large withe a separate sitting room and bathroom of a decent size. No complaints. I had an... More

We stayed at the Hotel Atlantic Palace in 2003 and when we decided to return to Florence - 11 years later! - we felt this hotel would be the best place. It was renovated in 2009 and is very modern and up-to-date. We liked it in 2003 and now we love it! The room was very large and easily accommodated... More

I was disappointed in the facilities. We asked in advance for a quiet room and were given a fairly small dark room on the second floor in the back of the hotel with a small wc/shower room.. The first night the Air conditioning was loud and very cold. We could not change it until the porter helped us the next... More
