When you see Sheraton written, you expect certain amenities and some class. This surely doesn't do justice to the name. The lobby is huge, but not so welcoming! The room where we stayed was clean, the linen and toiletries were okay. A tile in the bathroom was broken, it was not a sight to behold! No free wifi.. The room... More

This hotel is just a bit past its prime (think '80s style dark wood, marble and leather), but it was still very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally professional and helpful with directions and suggestions for things to do in Florence. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable. The views from the windows of Florence and the Tuscan hills... More

Stayed 21-07 to 24-07-2014 I stayed at the Sheraton as it is 500 meters from where my business colleague lives, so it was the most local venue and my stay at the Sheraton was for business only. I think I can skate over most things such as the hotel is very dated and tired looking from both the inside and... More

After spending a couple of nights at the Quality Rouge etNoi also known as the garbage pail inn in Rome, we were more than happy with this hotel. the hotel is well kept, the grounds are nice, and shower has hot water that stays hot longer than 10 seconds. the front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly(they were American's..go... Located on the outskirts of Florence by a freeway intersection we stumbled on this hotel whilst driving around at night looking for a place to stay. We saw the name Sheraton and went in and asked the price expecting the worst - actually it was very reasonable at 90 euros a night. For it we got a large room, king... More

I had booked this hotel using Sheraton points before it left the Sheraton chain, so I was a bit nervous about why it had left the chain. Reading reviews made me anticipate the worst, but I had a delightful stay. The room was comfortable, the shuttle service was convenient, and the front desk gave us all of the information we... More

We chose this hotel as we were driving through Italy so needed parking but also needed to avoid the parking restrictions in town so we knew there wouldn't be much around the area but we also knew there was a shuttle to town. The location is not great, there is nothing within easy walking distance, plus the main road is... More

This hotel is not a Sheraton, they haven't been for a few months. The grounds are completely dilapidated including the pool. When you pull in you almost think it's abandoned. The inside isn't much better. The rooms are in OK condition. The hot breakfast was cold and disgusting. Would not recommend staying here unless you can confirm it has been... More

This hotel should definitely not be a 4 star. (We suspect it is to jack up the city tax- 4 euros per person per night!) The receptionists were unfriendly at best and one of them lied about having a pool (he acted like it was a stupid question but when we got to our room we could see the pool... More
