Hotel is located in central Florence. Rooms were on the small side but doable. Everyone attentive to your needs. The breakfast was a hit with our family, specially their eggs. Hotel Pendini is on our favorite hotels to return to. Excellent Free WIFI. There is a computer and printer by the reservation desk, came in handy to print our boarding... More

Rooms were a little on the small side, but really it was fine for 2 people. Room and bathroom were clean. The best part of the hotel IMO was the breakfast...amazing. had everything you could possibly want! Excellent way... More

If you are expecting your clock, bible, peephole on the door, tons of lotions, soaps....this is not your place. What you will find... More

Our family stopped at the Pendini in August and its location as others have stated is excellent. It is roughly a 5 minute walk to the duomo, and a maximum of 10 minutes to the ponte vecchio bridge. Everything is within easy reach and there are many restaurants very close by such as Strada which are very good. The air... More

This hotel is in a great location next to the central square. It is 10 minutes walk from the railway station. We recommend requesting a room overlooking the square. If you have not booked tours in advance don't worry as there are lots offered at half price once you are here. Also a lot of excursions to neighbouring hills towns.... More

The hotel location is perfect for all sight seeing venues within Florence. The shops are also right on the door step for all fashion lovers. Restaurants and bars are plentiful within the immediate area. The room we stayed in was two separate bedrooms, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was great, just what we needed after a... More

Our room was perfect for a family of five. One room with three single beds for the kids, then another bedroom for my husband and I. The weather was HOT, but the AC was powerful enough and we were very comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with lots of variety including hot food and delicious pastries. Service was cordial and... More

Staying in Duomo

Neighborhood Profile
Duomo
Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city. The historic center is characterized by the immensity of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city as it was in ancient times, with maids walking in the main square and horses carrying coaches. Nowadays, roads are busy with street artists. Rustic Tuscan bakeries give way to fashion shops; just stop for a few minutes in the middle of Piazza della Repubblica to enjoy the colors and sweet melody of the carousel that will bring back great memories from anyone’s childhood.
