Only stayed one night but wish it was longer as the hotel was amazing. Judging by some of the '4*' hotels we stayed at in Italy the fact this is just classed as a 3* is a huge disservice! It really felt like a 5* room with staff that were so helpful and friendly that it really made our stay... More

I stayed two nights in this hotel which is just near the Ponte Vecchio and in a quiet pedestrian street. The staff were great, the breakfast good on a beautiful terrace at the top with a lovely vista of Florence and you are given a welcome drink in the afternoon on the terrace. The room was lovely, modern and spacious, great... More

we stayed at this hotel for one night and was pleasantly surprised at this unassuming hotel entrance. very modern and only three blocks from the Ponte Vecchio and the shopping area. it is located in a pedestrian area (only taxis and cars with approved passes allowed to drive in the area). It is also only a five minute walk from... More

My son and I stayed 5 nights recently at Hotel Della Signoria in Florence and loved this charming little hotel right in the heart of Florence. Everything was better than we had hoped- the room was very comfortable, clean and very nicely updated. The room was also quiet, despite being near a busy pedestrian area. Another pleasant surprise- the TV... More

So nice to have a bit of space and a good air conditioner, in our room, particularly in the middle of Florence. Staff at this hotel are fantastic. You need to meet Daniele the cocktail waiter on the 7th floor...you get a complimentary welcome cocktail with your room and then we ordered another he recommended...the care and pizzaz he puts... We just spent 4 nights at the Della Signoria. It has been renovated in the past few years so the beds are comfortable, the bathroom shower has great pressure and it is all clean and well maintained. The doors and windows to the outside are pretty soundproof, great for light sleepers. Breakfast has a broad selection and the desk folks... More

Honestly speaking you can not find better location for hotel in Florence, if you are tourist and you want to see the centre of the city by foot... 50 m from the historical bridge, Gallery Uffizi and La signoria plaza... Perfect location for staying but of course not for cars... Florence centre is terrible and almost everywhere is forbidden for... More

Ideal hotel location for seeing all the important sights in Florence. The room we had on the 4th floor was large and was exactly as described on their site. Very clean, continental breakfast served in enclosed rooftop location with great views. Very helpful staff a very good 3 star hotel. If travelling by car make sure you know how to... More

We spent two nights in the hotel! the hotel is really good inside, next to piazza Signoria, gret to reach all sighrseeings which were the most 15-20 min walking from the hotel! Next to main shopping streets and many piazzas in thecenter where you can have coffee or get something to eat! Two disadvantges; poor breakfast, it could better with... More

Great convenient location; helpful friendly staff; thoughtful renovation-room was designed with the traveler in mind- comfortable, and spacious; light and sunny; great mattress; handy desk/ make- up area; couch for reading; good lighting. Breakfast area has lovely view and bright and cheerful!
