We were for 3 days in Florence and the hotel was perfect. Very good location near Santa croche and all places to be in Florence. Also good prices and nice service. The breakfast was included and we had every morning tasty Italian coffee made personally for each of us.

We stayed only shortly, but enough to be warmly welcome and taken care of. The place was clean and well cared. The rooms are spacy for the price and the people at the front desk were very helpful although our poor Italian abilities. Highly recommended for comfy travel on budget.

The location of this hotel is really good, close to a square popular with tourists and locals alike, but in a quiet side street, so no street noise on a night. The hotel itself is a bit tired; the furniture in our room was badly in need of renewal but all completely functional. The hotel is very clean although in... More

Basic hotel in the heart of Florence. I give full stars only for location. It's perfect - quiet place, on the corner of Piazza Santa Croce. Walking distance from from the most attractions. We stayed 3 nights in room 303. Photos in www.booking.com are not real. Room and furniture need to renewal.. .., but it wasn't problem for us, because... More

Located in a little street (Via San Cristofano) close to the beautiful Basilica of Santa Croce, this is a family-run budget-hotel located within walking distance of most of the attractions in Florence. The rooms are clean, but small. The air-conditioner in our room used to make a lot of noise in its cooling mode, so we had to run it... More

This hotel is on a quite, practically closed for traffic street, right in the midst of all attractions and restaurants. It is a 2-3 star hotel, with smallish, well used rooms. The hotel is kept clean but there is no way to hide tear and wear. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Wifi is unsecured and is capable of streaming... More

I had read that this hotel is difficult to locate; that’s because it’s on a quite side street which was good. It’s less than a block away from where Michelangelo grew up, and fifty yards from the Santa Croce Basilica which is a must see in Florence! We were able to walk to all the important sites in Florence which... More

Spent 3 nights over the weekend, staff was friendly and helpful, room service very good and breakfast also was respectable. The location is just perfect, just 30 seconds walk from Santa Croce and a few minutes from Galleria degli Uffizi. However, it would be ideal if the facilities will be renovated. In particular the kitchen in our room was basic... More

I booked 4 nights on the website of the hotel, and they emailed me that my reservation is confirmed. A day later I received an email from they hotel saying that they can't confirm my reservation because they are (Fully Booked), even though the hotel website still says it's confirmed. I have been emailing the hotel for a couple of... More

This hotel is truly recommendable. It is located in the Historical Center of Florence close to the famous Piazza Santa Croce. It is a charming and quiet hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Mine had a kitchenette. Beds are great. WIFI is free and fast. Breakfast is decent. Nothing too special but good to Italian standards where breakfast... More
