we went with a well known italy specialist company had transfer from pisa airport just over an hour from airport. hotel just around corner from santa maria novella. train station also just a 5 min walk from hotel. we found the area central and easy to get to all the atrractions of florence. the staff were very helpful and pleasant... more

Lovely hotel with great location! The staff was great and contributed to a romantic stay. Our room was beautifully decorated and had a bottle of champagne and some candy to celebrate our anniversary! Very good indication of a restaurant and nice view of Santa Maria Novella! more

Excellent hotel in central location within walking distance to all main attractions also close to bus and rail stations. .Hotel was spotlessly clean. We found the Hotel Alba Palace a great location to base our 4 day stay in Florence out of. The hotel and rooms were very clean and well kept.
