We booked this hotel on Hotels.com after reviewing the Trip Advisor reports. We weren't disappointed. The location was a bit of the walk to the historic center of Naples, but the hotel was very nice, the room was great, service was good, and the price was unbeatable.

For jews it is close to the synagogue and restaurants. For all others it is a far walk from the attractions of the city including the duomo. The bathroom is a bit cramped but the room is large otherwise. The room i stayed in had an original mural on the ceiling. The downside i may have gotten bitten by bed... More

Dear customer, after your reviews we have immediatelly check the room. After a deep cleaning I can assure that nothing was found, probably you confused with mosquitoes bits. There are many of this along the river expecially in summer period. For people who use internet a lot we have placed an Internet package offer with illimited used of our Wi-Fi... More

Thanks to the wonderful reviews on Trip Advisor, I decided to book four nights at the Arizona Hotel in Florence. I am so glad I listened to my fellow travelers and stayed here. Let me say it clearly, this hotel, run by a lovely and generous husband and wife team, is a sea of calm in a sometimes frenetic Florence.... More

Main reason for taking this hotel was that it has parking, in the end the parking cost an additional 20 euro per night but was worth it. Hotel is a 5-10 minute stroll to the main Cathedral and Bell Tower and Pallzzo Veiccho. The price was decent for the two of us for the first two nights - less than... More

A great hotel to stay in, its fairly close to all the attractions, the price is decent, the rooms are nice, if not elaborate, the staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you, its in a nice area, next to a jewish temple...you can walk to the duomo...however, you have to take a cab... we stayed in this hotel for four days, we were very, very happy...the room was adequate even though the bathroom was rather small, the front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful, they gave us maps and guided us and answered all our questions, the hotel is in a nice area, very safe with a few restaurants... We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Arizona & I can honestly say it was well worth it. No it's not in the centre & is only 10-15 mins away. However we were glad, the main area is constant hustle & bustle along with the traffic noise, I suspect sleeping with that would be rather difficult.... More

I have been sending people to Hotel Arizona for the past 2 years. The reason I send them there is because of the warmth, and kindness of the staff that work there. Yes the rooms are small compared to American hotels but compared to European hotels they are standard. You sleep there not live there. It is close to food... More

Hotel was clean, (relatively) inexpensive, but rooms were small and in need of a refresh. Hotel is located next to the old synagogue, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Duomo...not too bad. We chose to stay here for the price, and because other friends had already reserved. If you can find somewhere in closer in town for... More

The room was clean, breakfast was okay, and the location was fine, but the big big problem was the noise. Maybe we were very unlucky, but neither my husband nor I slept due to either the road noise or the drunk and noisy teenagers above and next door. You could hear everything they said and the constant slamming of doors... More
