I was pleased to have stumbled on this fine hotel that is close to all the major sites; Il Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizzi, L'Academia and the Ponte Vecchio. This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood that has many small restaurants and cafés. The staff is friendly and rich in information about Firenze. The room was comfortable; air conditioning and free Wi-Fi... More

Hubby and I just returned from spending 3 nights 4 days at this wonderful city hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely brothers who own this hotel to the staff who run it as well. They are very accommodating and if you not happy with the room given they will change you to another one no problem and... More

This hotel was booked for us by our travel agent, we were very pleased. The room was on the smaller side but not the smallest we had while staying in Italy. The bathroom also was not large, but again not the smallest we happened upon during our vacation. All was sufficient and served it purpose well. The provided breakfast was... More

We chose this hotel for being located near the great synagogue and the only kosher restaurant in Firenze. We were very satisfied. We reserved a quadruple room. When we arrived they upgraded us for the same price and have is two rooms side by side, one double and one triple. The service is very friendly. They offer free WiFi in... More

Then this is the place for you! Just outside the tourist path in Florence...that means it is quiet and a few minutes more to walk to the historical centre. The rooms are nicely furnished in an old-fashioned manner, some have great ceiling frescos, but have all you need, good wifi, comfortable big bed and so on. Breakfast is very good... More

service if okay but hotel is extremely outdated, small, and not what we expected. Our room smelled AWFUL from the moment we arrived (we had to buy a can of Oust Air Freshener from the local supermarket to try to get rid of the smell), we opened the mini fridge and my husband ran to the bathroom almost vomiting from... Not the biggest hotel or most modern, but the best hospitality around. This caring family of operators go the extra mile in every instance. GREAT location. Small, old hotel with charm. Clean, great breakfast and caring staff

This was our first time in Florence and this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located and its easy to walk to most of the sites provided you have reasonable mobility. Whilst it's probably best to get a taxi on arrival at the railway station, particularly with bags, its even possible to walk to and from there as well. It is... More

The hotel was rated 3 stars but the staff was amazingly accommodating, The service and desire to please was amazing. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
