We stayed here for a 4-night break as part of our honeymoon. The brothers who own the hotel are really friendly and are the main reason for the 4-star rating. They were there all day/evening long to answer enquiries and even gave me a few pointers with my beginners Italian? "Abiamo una prenotazione per stasera?" "Camera trenta-cinque. per favore". Breakfast... More

Great location for the price. The brothers Elton and Emal were very accommodating and made you feel like you were in a 5 star hotel. The rooms were slightly small but comfortable with new bath. The breakfast was plentiful and outstanding. If looking for more spacious and upgraded accommodations contact the brothers as they just purchased two additional condo rooms... More

Brothers and owners Elton and Ermal are friendly and very attentive to their guests needs and accommodations. Great location to the walking areas of Florence. Our room was clean and stocked well with towels, extra blankets, and a safe. Breakfast was included each morning with scrambled eggs, sliced meats and cheeses, cereals, pastries, and cappuccinos! Elton will even take the... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Arizona Hotel. We were given a nice room with a beautiful view of the Synagogue next door. The hotel is located a short distance from the Duomo and the Accademia and there are some really cute restaurants nearby also. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was wifi in the rooms as well as... More

Second time We've stayed at the hotel. The Staff were all TERRIFIC. Sadie and Cynthia as well as Elton and Daniel were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They have a nice breakfast and now offer a KOSHER selection (simply have to ask for it...no additional cost). The location is perfect for a Jewish religious person, being right next to the... More

My friend and I were very well taken care of at the Arizona. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond. Not only did we have a nice stay but the hotel is conveniently located near the center. It is walking distance to every major site. If you plan on staying here make sure you visit... More

Lovely hotel, Family run who did everything to make our stay such a good one. The room had air con and overlooked the street. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. All the staff were very nice. Handy to get to all shopping areas and sights. The breakfast is excellent with plenty to choice from and great coffee! Highly recommended.

I booked this hotel after reading the reviews here on tripadvisor. My expectations were not above the 3 * standard - however we left very disappointed. The best thing about this hotel was the owner - one of three brothers who was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a small quadrupled room on the top floor where the window was... More

I enjoyed my one-night stay at the Arizona hotel immensely. The staff spoke English and were all helpful and extremely friendly. The room was air conditioned, carpeted and had a nice view of the Great Synagogue of Florence from the window. Everything was very clean, from the lobby to the bathroom. Wifi throughout the hotel was great, plus there are... More
