While we had gotten used to the idea that most hotel rooms in europe are on the smaller side, I must say the cleanliness here and the helpfulness of the staff made pur stay enjoyable. The brothers who own and work at the hotel are quite helpful and very quick to resolve any issues. Theres a vegetarian restaurant across the... More

We stayed at the Hotel Arizona for three nights in September. The three brothers who own the hotel could not be nicer or more helpful. While the furnishings are a little old fashioned, the hotel is very clean and you can walk to the Duomo in about 10-15 minutes. The breakfasts were wonderful offering everything from eggs, to meats, cheese... More

Great stay at this hotel. Owners are very savy and know and to run their hotel. They had a quick response for any opportunity you may have while staying at Hotel Arizona. Minor recommendation to attention to detail, please have a water station or lobby drink in the lobby for your guest at check in time. Maybe some whole fruit... More

This is my second long term stay at this wonderful haven in the middle of Florence. For value, comfort and exceptional friendliness you couldn't get better. The place is spotless, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is great, there is nothing to fault the hotel. I couldn't recommend The Arizona Hotel highly enough and have several times. The family make... More

I have now found the only hotel that I will stay in on future trips to Florence, Italy. The Hotel Arizona (no joke), at Via L. Carlo Farini 2, is a fabulous find. The hotel was purchased by three brothers in March 2013, Ermal, Elton and Daniel. They operate the property, along with cousin Christian. The brothers’ mother and her... More

This is a small family run hotel in the centre of Florence within a ten minute walk to the Duomo and next door to the Synagogue and kosher restaurant. You can park outside or in their garage (both for a charge) which is helpful. The rooms we had were of adequate size although the bathrooms (with showers only) are cramped.... More

I have stayed at Hotel Arizona with my girlfriend for 5 nights. Over all, it was an absolutely awesome place. Our room was clean and fairly big. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was decent too (a bit small but bearable). The hotel lies in the heart of florence and in walking distance to numerous tourist attractions. Also, there... I thought this place was exactly what it was advertised to be - a 3-star hotel, so we got just what I expected. If you are expecting a 4-star hotel, you won't get that. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice but a bit small - the ceilings were fairly low. Free... More

The hotel staff was amazing!! The man at the front desk during the day was the best!! He helped us book a tour, got us directions, helped with transportation. Wonderful!! There was another lovely young lady that worked the breakfast during our visit. She was so sweet and is bound for great things in the hospitality industry. Only trouble we... More

This hotel is ideally suited for those people on a budget as it is a no frills place. However the staff are excellent and really helped us get the most of our brief visit to Florence. They provided a map and showed us where the best ice-cream was, how to get to the places of interest and recommended a few... More
