This is a small family run hotel in the centre of Florence within a ten minute walk to the Duomo and next door to the Synagogue and kosher restaurant. You can park outside or in their garage (both for a charge) which is helpful. The rooms we had were of adequate size although the bathrooms (with showers only) are cramped.... More

I have stayed at Hotel Arizona with my girlfriend for 5 nights. Over all, it was an absolutely awesome place. Our room was clean and fairly big. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was decent too (a bit small but bearable). The hotel lies in the heart of florence and in walking distance to numerous tourist attractions. Also, there... I thought this place was exactly what it was advertised to be - a 3-star hotel, so we got just what I expected. If you are expecting a 4-star hotel, you won't get that. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice but a bit small - the ceilings were fairly low. Free... More

The hotel staff was amazing!! The man at the front desk during the day was the best!! He helped us book a tour, got us directions, helped with transportation. Wonderful!! There was another lovely young lady that worked the breakfast during our visit. She was so sweet and is bound for great things in the hospitality industry. Only trouble we... More

This hotel is ideally suited for those people on a budget as it is a no frills place. However the staff are excellent and really helped us get the most of our brief visit to Florence. They provided a map and showed us where the best ice-cream was, how to get to the places of interest and recommended a few... More

Everything you read is true. Excellent location. Clean. Really good breakfast-will get you through hours of sight seeing. Family run and very friendly. We had our 19 year old daughter and the cot was a little small for an adult and made getting around in the room a little tight.

We stayed here and found this hotel to be quite charming. What you would expect for a European hotel. Hotel staff is very helpful. Location is not in the main tourist area but is just a short walk away. Breakfast was very good... nice variety. Hotel was quiet and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel!

My family stayed here in mid June. The rooms are clean. Family run, the brothers are great, friendly and gave us great suggestions for restaurants. Their mom runs the breakfast and she is incredibly nice and sweet. Great breakfast, they would make hot chocolate for my boys in the morning. Definitely will stay here again

decided to stay in city at last minute, and booked via internet the last room available for our family of 4. fantastic location very nice front desk, rooms slightly small for 4 but we made due. breakfast great, service fantastic (parked car in small spot; booked day trips etc, let us keep luggage in storage room for day). would definitely... This is a nice hotel run by a very friendly family at a good location. The kosher restaurant next door is a big bonus. We found this place by accident as our original booking turned out to be a disappointment.
