The hotel was very modern for a budget pick. The staff were not helpful or friendly. I had a room looking out over Florence with a balcony! It was very clean and the bed comfortable. I would stay here again for the price only. I think there are lots of school groups that stay there so it can get noisy.

Hotel staff were consistently some of the rudest I have ever come across. Our room was infested with mosquitos so we barely slept the first night. The next morning we ran into the rudest front counter person I have met, I could deal with the the fact that we were a minute or two late for breakfast but the rude... More

I stayed there for two nights and it was very average. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was average, just basics. The room had a great view. The staff was average too. Location was good, just a walk to the town centre. All rooms have wifi connection. And there is a parking garage just across the street, which was very... More

I liked the B&B in the city center. You can reach a lot of places like the Duomo or the Piazzale Michelangelo just by walk or if necessary there is a bus station nearby. The were nice and "indifferent" receptionists, but don't need to criticize. Instead of getting a key, the rooms can be opened by a code you get... More

The location is good around 20-30 mins walk to the Duomo. The hotel has incredibly thin walls and doors so sleeping is impossible because people are walking through the corridors all the time. The curtains don't cover the whole window so the light outside wakes you up extremely early. The pillows are thin and uncomfortable. There is no breakfast included... More

This was the second stay on our honeymoon. This place is literally barebones. We booked this place strictly to save funds, as we were only here one night. The hotel was clean, but that (and the price) was the only plus. The walls were VERY thin. We could hear entire conversations happening in the rooms around us. My husband and... More

My daughter and i stayed one night in a twin room. Our room had one double and one single. The double bed was huge and very comfortable..(very firm mattress) depends on your preference of course. It was clean with minimal ammenities (ie: no towel racks in bathroom) but functional! And the hairdryer is an REAL hairdryer not one of those... More

One night in this place and that was enough!! 20 min wait just to check in, they require pre payment so you can't see the room in advance. Once I got into the room I was in a spoil room with just one bed in the middle and a small table, not even a drawer. Cleaning was not the best,... More

Basic service in a decent location but nothing fancy. The room is big but lacks ammenities, only one plug for the whole room!!! There were mosquitoes smashed into the wall so you know the cleaning is also basic. And we found a 2 year old Academia ticket ... The bathroom wasn't so clean either, if you check the ventilation system... More
