This place had a great location! The free wifi worked pretty well 90% of the time which was fairly good compared to some of the places we visited in Italy. It was very clean and the rooms had plenty of space. Our room was all white with a very cool wall painting in black of The Duomo. Really comfortable and... More

Spent here one night. Pros: it's cheap for the Florence's standards; beds are very comfortable; close to the centre; our room was on the top floor so we enjoyed a great view. Cons: this is NOT a B&B, meaning that breakfast is not included (shouldn't the name be changed?); no private car park - and the one they suggested just... More

Great location, staff was nice, breakfast was decent. Price wasn't too bad either. Walking distance of everything. I would stay there again. I would recommend to others. If you live here and drive and have the telepass there is a underground parking lot.

It was the biggest mistake booking to stay in this hotel! Even before arriving at the hotel our requests were never replied on time which made us feel insecure about doing business with them! Alas, it was too late as we had been asked to pre-pay everything in advance. As we were travelling with a friendly couple; our holiday to... More

Stayed for 1 night in August 2014, the room was spacious and nice views over Florence, we had a family room a double and a single bed on the top floor with a balcony, overlooking the hills. The room had air conditioning which was very welcoming. The reception staff spoke very good English, and were very helpful with regards to... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights August 2014. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the historic centre and also from the piazza san michaelangelo. However the location is really the main positive about it. The hotel is essentially a dormitory rather than a hotel. The room was very basic and although cleaned every day it... More

Stayed for 3 nights during August 2014, the rooms and bathrooms were very modern and comfortable. The A/C worked well, could have used better placed power points. Having a code to enter the room instead of a key/card was handy, 1 less thing to lose (Though I suppose you can forget the code). The hotel sold some basic amenities in... More

Stayed here recently for two nighs while traveling through Italy with family... We had three rooms... My room ,at first glance, was o.k. looking, but as we settled in we noticed room was somewhat dirty... Garbage can was full, toilet paper was almost completely out, and there were remnants of bugs smashed all over the walls( we counted 11) with... More

We were 5 people and reserved a Triple room and a double room. The Triple room was just a double room with a very uncomfortable rollaway bed as the third bed. The Room should have been advertised as a double wiht a rollaway and not a triple. A Triple room should have three real beds in it ( as I... More

We arrived to Florence 29 June by car. The reception personnel speak English OK and we went to our room quickly. We had to pay for our stay during the check in. Firstly, beware that breakfast is not included in the price of the room even it is B&B. Price of breakfast is 6,90€/person and you eat all you can.... More
