A comfortable hotel a 5 to 10 minute walk from the train station (Firenze S.M.N). Helpful reception staff and a pleasant breakfast buffet. The room was big enough for us and our long-weekend worth of luggage. The ensuite bathroom had a good shower. The bed was big and very comfy - just what was needed after a long day sightseeing.... Mu husband & I spent a week here. The stay was great. The location was very good. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful beyond what you would expect as outstanding service. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. The even surprised me with a "birthday pie" at breakfast on my birthday. It was incredible. We highly recommend this hotel... More

Okay location and staff . The rooms and common places need a little freshening and up dating. But clean and comfortable . They would not bring an iron and ironing board to my room. I had to go down into the basement to iron and the breakfast is very basic and limited.

Nearly every year I have a business trip to this area and we always stay at this hotel in Florence. Over the years the hotel has had renovations done to it but has retained the same feel of it. This feel of the old clasical style European understatement is what you sense. The rooms are large and comfortable without too... More

Hotel Executive is in a great spot in the city. Not once did we use public transportation there. The staff is friendly, the lobby area is nice and clean, and in the evenings they put out free appetizers at the bar and welcome you to relax while enjoying snacks and conversing with other travelers. The free breakfast was good, and... More

Well positioned, nice personnel and nice building. However, the furniture in the room was was quite old with kind of cheap pillows and blankets. Not exactly what I expected from a 4 stars. Breakfast ok.

Pretty lobby with nice and helpful staff. Very clean place with clean sheets daily! Staff obviously try to stay our of your way and are very apologetic if they ever feel in your way. Rooms are bigger than most European rooms. Bathrooms have nice showers. Pay for mini bars if you are so inclined. Nice free breakfast. Overall, we love... More

I had the smallest room I ever had in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was adequate all in all just ok. The most important problem is that is not really close to the sights of Florence. It is a good 20 minute walk to the center, and the walk is a pleasant stroll through antique... More
