Nearly every year I have a business trip to this area and we always stay at this hotel in Florence. Over the years the hotel has had renovations done to it but has retained the same feel of it. This feel of the old clasical style European understatement is what you sense. The rooms are large and comfortable without too... More

Hotel Executive is in a great spot in the city. Not once did we use public transportation there. The staff is friendly, the lobby area is nice and clean, and in the evenings they put out free appetizers at the bar and welcome you to relax while enjoying snacks and conversing with other travelers. The free breakfast was good, and... More

Well positioned, nice personnel and nice building. However, the furniture in the room was was quite old with kind of cheap pillows and blankets. Not exactly what I expected from a 4 stars. Breakfast ok.

Dear Client, I thank you very much for your review and your good opinion about our Hotel. Regarding our room furniture, we would like to inform that our pillows are only high quality, hypoallergenic and very soft. All blanklets are Florence handmade. Next month we are changing all curtains and blankets in our classic rooms, in order to have a... More

Pretty lobby with nice and helpful staff. Very clean place with clean sheets daily! Staff obviously try to stay our of your way and are very apologetic if they ever feel in your way. Rooms are bigger than most European rooms. Bathrooms have nice showers. Pay for mini bars if you are so inclined. Nice free breakfast. Overall, we love... More

I had the smallest room I ever had in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was adequate all in all just ok. The most important problem is that is not really close to the sights of Florence. It is a good 20 minute walk to the center, and the walk is a pleasant stroll through antique... More

I've chosen this hotel mainly coz itz near to Railway station . It is just 500-600 mts away from station and walking distance to Ponte Vecchio . Room was fantastic, interiors were elegant and the staff were friendly . It was the most affordable Luxury hotel on our whole Euro trip . There are very good restaurents and gelatos near... More

Great location. No view, the smallest room ever with the biggest mount of mirrors per room. The food is good and the staff is friendly. The smallest bed you can imagine. Overall not that bad but i would rather not stay there again. It sis ok for one or two nights but that is about it. Very noisy place.

Updated clean room. Roomy by European standards. Great buffet breakfast. Centrally located by the Arno river, short walk to Ponte Vecchio. Evenings in the lobby, complimentary little snacks and appetizers and a decent glass of chianti for a couple of euros. Friendly staff and easy check-in and check out. Would definitely recommend.

We are on our last day in Florence. So would like to thank all the staff and management who have made our stay so good.
