My wife and I found this hotel to exceed our expectations. Our reservation was incorrectly made for a room with 2 single beds instead of a double bed -- when we arrived the folks at the hotel were happy to change this for us and put us in one of their larger rooms. The room was spacious, clean, and had... more

Hotel is clean, newly refurbished and rooms are great. It has bags of charm and character and is in a great location. Bathroom wasgreat with a fantastic shower. The hotel's motto seems to be "We love you". You see it everywhere. Sadly, this is untrue! If they really loved me they would not feed me the terrible breakfast I had... more

I spent ten days in Florence and was quite pleased with this hotel. The rooms had very high ceilings, windows which opened and very elegant baths with marble. The lobby had comfortable lounge areas for reading, relaxing and conversing. The dining room was lovely and allowed you to start your day with a good breakfast in a lovely space. The staff... more

We stayed at the Executive for two nights late January. The hotel is elegant, clean, warm, quiet, roomy, the staff speaks solid english and cares, the breakfast is what you want and the location is right, roughly ten minutes walking from Santa Maria Novella square 15 min. from Ponte Vecchio. The bathroom was big and clean with a somewhat oldish... more

This is a new (opened April 2008) and modern hotel 20 minutes walk from Florence center, in a quite area. the rooms are quite big and very clean in red and grey coulors. It includes TV with free satelite. I paid for two persons 85 euros/night (no breakfast) in October 2008. Brakfast is served in another hotel (across the street)... more

I thought this hotel looked wonderful until we got into our room... There is absolutely no way that this could be a 4 star hotel, unless it's just the first floor rooms that look like a Motel 6 (and Motel 6's are cleaner!).... The furniture was worn out and the carpet didn't look all that clean. The sound of nails... more

Hotel Executive was a very nice hotel with a very nice Italian style room (small bathroom) that was exceptionally priced for Florence. The ceilings are beautiful and, overall, we were very impressed. The staff was very helpful and nice. It is a bit (but not very) out of the way -- a 5 to 10 minute walk to most of... more

Located in a calm quiet area only 30 seconds walk to the beautiful Arno river bank. Less than ten minutes to Ponte Veccho and city center. Around five minutes walk to Firenze Santa Maria Central Train Station. When I entered the lift and then the corridor leading us to our room, I got a bit panicked since the carpets were... more

Stayed at the Executive for two nights in July and paid EUR 95 per night for a double room. At this price the Executive is an excellent choice. The hotel is located close to the train station, just outside the busy center and all tourist attractions are within walking distance. The room where I stayed was well equipped and was... more
