We stayed four nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The location is perfect for getting around Florence. The hotel is a beautifully decorated older hotel that allows you to relax and enjoy the city. Everything was clean and in good working order. more

Ideally located in central old Florence. 5 to 10 minute walk to all major sights. Rooms spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast Continental buffet more than adequate. Would stay again if visiting Florence. more
Hotel Pierre did not turn out like we hoped. While the location is great and room was large, the service ad accommodations were bad. You can't deny the incredible location. Multi-lingual friendly staff are a plus. The guest rooms are basic. My guest room looked into an air shaft. Guest rooms do not have wireless internet. I just came back from my trip and had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The accomodations were great. The hotel is in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating and made me feel very welcome. Without hesitation,I would definitely recommend this hotel. more

The location of the Hotel Pierre could not beaten - bang in the centre, close to the Ponte Vecchio bridge, the Uffezi gallery, the duomo, and several squares (with eating places).
