The Pierre Hotel Florence was wonderfully situated and only about a 5 minute cab ride from the train station. The staff were very friendly and our room was spacious and very nicely furnished. The bathroom was a great size and everything was spotless. Breakfast was good with eggs at an extra charge. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly!

We stayed at the Pierre for a long weekend in early spring. The hotel is nice and clean with friendly athmosphere and helpful staff. The room was pleasant with a large bathroom. The location is very good for walking in town.

Positives were that the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful if asked. The position is very good but that changes late at night. Here are the negatives - We had a street front room where the street revellers kept us from sleeping - well sort of - I hardly slept a minute given the awful mattress supplied in the room.... More
