Location is good, classic (old charming) hotel and room, staff was okay. Problematic air conditioning in our room. The staff says it's in the whole building. We have to open the window, and it was noisy. The elevator is so slow (very old).

Very nice hotel perfectly located near to the Duomo. The gentleman who checked us in (Alberto?) was exceptionally helpful. All was good except that the hotel elevator is in need of upgrading. Slow, quirky with blinking lights - at times it felt more like an amusement ride than a hotel elevator. But this is minor to the overall positive experience.

Plus: central location, comfortable rooms (although quite outdated), good service (except during breakfast - only 2 persons working and simply can not manage).
