The room was poor and wet. It was a sort of garage with a view open to anybody. The bathroom had no foam bath, or shampoo. There was only a hand soap dispenser. The room was just behind the reception and close to the elevator.

Wonderful Florence and great mix by diving in the luxury accommodation the Orlando Palace. the outstanding atmosphere made the trip unforgettable. Few walking minutes from the "Uffizi and il Duomo". Definitely be back soon.

We stayed at the Orlando Palace for seven nights and had a very enjoyable stay. Very close to the centre of town (just a minutes walk from the ponte vecchio bridge). It appears to be brand new as many of the appliances were unused and everthing was spotlessly clean.
