First, I would like to say that our stay was pleasant, in this place where history and beauty meet in the tuscany nature and urbanism. I was also well surprised when I discovered that the manor whas built by my ancestor : Guido Cavalcanti as my children's grandmother is one of this dinasty member. We had for our 5 nights... More

We stayed here for just two nights but it was beautiful. One of our favourite places and experiences in our entire Italy trip! We even chose not to visit Pisa on our limited time schedule in order to relax at this absolutely gorgeous place. The staff were friendly and helpful. We met the owner and he was also kind and... My husband & I first stayed at this gem of a hotel 14 years ago. We enjoyed the friendly staff & their touring recommendations so much, we stayed an extra night. Since that time, they now serve a simple European breakfast, have an outdoor pool on the lawn complete with with beverage service as well as a secret foot path... More

Have just returned from 10 magnificent days at the Torre Di Bellosguardo and was absolutely heartbroken to leave. Myself, my friend and her daughter all spent such a wonderful vacation together and there was not a moment where we didn't feel completely attended to in every way. Amerigo and Ana and their incredible staff couldn't have done more for us... More

Dear, dear Guest, What a darling and sweet things you write! For us too it was a wonderful experience getting to know you and enjoying so many happy relaxing moments together. Nothing could make us happier than to know that you so enjoyed your "vacation", although you seemed to work most of the time. I so hope you will return... More

I stayed for four nights in the Torre di Bellosguardo in their single room. On booking I was warned that the room only had a skylight and not a proper window, and whilst I was prepared for this, with such beautiful grounds around you did feel a bit 'deprived' when staying in it, although the price for the room was... Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your detailed review. I am so sorry that your pasta was re-heated. We try our very best to have those of our clients who have ordered a dinner to be seated punctually at 8 p.m., fetch the dishes a few minutes beforehand from the trattoria below us so as to ensure that they... Our family of 6 loved staying at this wonderful hotel. On arrival we were all stunned by the beauty and history of the building and magical views over Florence and the surrounding countryside. We stayed for three nights, but I could have very happily stayed for three months seeking inspiration from the building's cultural past and links to Dante to... More

Dear Guest, Marvellous that you and your family so enjoyed your stay and took full advantage not only of the hotel and swimming pool but also of the olive grove, animals and path down the hill... a haven of peace in our hectic world. We so hope you will all return one day. Thank for your kind words. More

Three of the best days of my Trip to Italy. Staying at the Torre Di Bellosguardo It welcomes you with such a beauty and calmness. From our room we had the most amazing views looking over Florence - which changed so beautifully throughout the day with the light. The Gardens are stunning with colour and texture at every turn. Torre Di Bellosguardo is a delightful retreat, a place to get a sense of Florence's long history while enjoying the comforts of a remarkable hotel. My partner and I have been staying here for some years at the end of our summer travels in Italy. We have always stayed in Room 8 before - with its lovely frescoes in the... More

Perhaps the most wonderful experience during our recent trip to Florence was our stay at the Torre Di Bellosguardo. Right outside the bustling center of town is this hotel, an oasis in the middle of a very hot, crowded city. After taking in the culture and shopping there was nothing better than this retreat only 7 minutes by taxi from... More

Our family of five had an incredible stay at the gorgeous Bellosguardo. It was the most idyllic way to visit Florence - busy city by day, rural and luxurious retreat by night. We absolutely loved it and could not imagine a better place to stay when visiting Florence.
