We enjoyed our stay last September however there was one problem I want to make future guests aware of so that it will not happen again. On the morning we departed, our train was leaving early. At check-in the young lady reserved us a taxi to the train station on our departure day. Because of our early departure, we settled... More

Fantastic apartment and excellent concierge - Agnes - who helped with every single query I had, including how to order food to be delivered to the apartment - it was pouring heavily and we didnt want to brave the rain just for dinner. Agnes found a way really quickly and even helped with putting in the orders. Thanks to her-... More

Stayed 2 nights here in late Sep 12 and very pleased with the choice. Great location very close to Statue of David (100m), Duomo (400m) and walking distance to all major attractions. We walked everywhere through the 3 days and apart from Piazza Michelangelo which was a hike, everything was easily accessible. Room was really well fitted out, fantastic Jacuzzi... More

the location is 5 metres from Accademy & Duomo can be seen less 100 metres in the other direction so the location is great, the only negatives which is why I descibe this as an executive rather than family property are the price, the somewhat aesthetic rather than functional kitchen & lack of washing machines:Having said this the executive jacuzzi... if you care for a quiet and comfortable place to spend your nights - this is perfect (there is no lobby - but a personal check-in and check-out which is working seamlessly). For Italy we were absolutely surprised by the quality of the interior and facilities offerd in the appartment(s). What we missed was a personal nespresso coffee machine in... More

Whilst planning my trip to Florence, the choice of accommodation was always going to be a difficult choice. As this was for a special occasion I wanted something that ticked all the boxes- but so many hotels to choose from! Just as I was about to book a decent but pricey hotel I spotted the Ricasoli. Having never stayed in... More

My fiancee and I spent last week-end in Florence at Platinhome Ricasoli. Very friendly staff, helpful at all time of day and night. Great location, in the middle of downtown Florence. Spacious & lovely room with an amazing jaccuzzi. Definitely recommend it!

Pricy, spacious, beautifully appointed suite, with great attention to small details (down to the quality of the cutlery). The pool-sized bath was particularly memorable. The reception staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, and the location more or less perfect. Highly recommended when in the mood for a bit of a splurge.

Fantastic apartment and service. We stayed in the opera room and it lived up to the pictures and exceeded expectations. 2 bathrooms, a huge romantic bathtub in one. Great layout, a full kitchen, living room; very luxiurious feel. Great location, only a few blocks away from the Duomo.
