I think this hotel must have some new rooms and some old and tired rooms because the reviews don't match our experience. We spent five nights at Hotel Hermitage while on our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and the terrace had spectacular views and beautiful flowers. I read the reviews in T/A and expected a nice hotel in a great location, but was so much better than I hoped. Great location, never expected roof garden almost on top of ponte vecchio also overlooking Piazza Signora. Not huge rooms but perfectly ok, lovely staff, good breakfasts. Would definitely go back and recommend.
