My husband and I recently returned from Florence, spending 4 nights at Hotel Casci - greeting us with champagne and warm wishes from Carla and Paolo. We've been to Florence in the past, and wanted to experience it together as honeymooners...and staying at Hotel Casci made it a memorable experience! We were thrilled to find the hotel through a guide... more

Hotel Casci is located right in the center of things near the Duomo and a few minutes from the Uffizi and Accademia. I knew this hotel was going to be a great experiance because all of my emails with all of my questions were answered by Pierpaulo within a day. They made reservations for us at the main musuems and... more

Great hotel. It's a 2 star, but the rooms were great, the internet worked, there were plenty of plug-ins in the room to charge digital cameras, cell phones, laptops, etc. Mini-fridge in the room worked nicely. Breakfast was pretty good with Capuccinos and Lattes available. They had English DVD's available free of charge to rent and DVD players in the... more

Well Florence was amazing. The museums and architecture are beyond description. Get a good guide book (Rick Steves) and do plenty of research before you come. Don't forget to research restaurants, plenty of tourist traps in Florence. Aside from the usual spots (Casci will make an advanced reservation for Uffizi and Accademmia) we recommend the Bargello, the rather empty Museo... more

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Casci for 4 nights just recently. All the reviews we read on trip advisor were true. This hotel is right in the heart of Florence, just a couple of blocks from the Duomo. So very convenient to all the local attractions. The staff is so friendly. They are so willing to go the... more

From the large elevator to the friendly, English-speaking staff to the large, well-appointed room and extremely large and modern bathroom, this hotel enhanced the pleasure of our stay in Florence. The hotel provides free internet service with use of their own computer, TV in the rooms with... more
