We booked a standard room here due to its proximity to the Duomo and the Ufizi. It didn't dissapoint as the room was perfectly comfortable with good air-conditioning. The bathroom was a reasonable size. One very minor issue is that the water pressure in the shower was a little lower than I am used to but for a long weekend... More

The hotel is ideally located to explore Florence and the many attractions are within walking distance. There is a lack of attention to the basic things a hotel should have, such as place to hang towels, no soap holder in shower, shampoo and bathroom accessories not replaced after day one use, etc. By the third day the breakfast lacked appeal... This is the most amazing hotel, not because of the rooms, which are certainly adequate, clean, quiet, and spacious enough, but because of the location and the wonderful staff and the view from the rooftop! Just steps from the Duomo, a short walk to the Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizzi, the Ponte Vecchio, and a wide variety of shops and... More

Just spent 4 nights at The Cavour and as everyone has said its a 10 /10 for location so no need to say any more about that. Was worried about room size before arrival but we needn't have been, plenty of room, large double shower in amply sized bathroom. We asked for a twin as we always feel these are... More

We were very pleased with the hotel, everything was great. We stayed in a Standard room and it was really, really nice, the bathroom was also beautiful. Service was great, breakfast was delicious, the building is old but beautifully renovated. The hotel is right in the most touristy area, right in the middle between the two main squares. If internet... More

We had two rooms for our family of 5. My kids had a huge 2 bedroom suite which they enjoyed the space and spreading out. We had a lovely room as well. Love the modern boutique hotel feel. Great breakfast and iPad to use in the lobby. Very chic!

The location of this hotel was the main reason we stayed here and it proved to be a great choice. The reception staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The roof bar has amazing views. Our bathroom was clean but a bit dated and the noise from the street below was very loud but then again the hotel is in... More

We had a junior suite for four which was a room with a queen bed and a lounge area with a sofa bed. Both rooms were large enough and clean. The queen bed and sofa bed do face each other. The bathroom was modern and a good size. The location was perfect. You could walk to all main attractions and... More

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time! The location is absolutely amazing. We spent a lot of time searching for hotels and we feel that anyone that has a negative rating must have had a very unique experience. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The location is unbelieveable. Book this hotel you will not be disappointed. Yes, we're... More
