Great location, just beside Duomo. Amazing view from the roof garden. Easy access by foot to every major site. Stylish and elegant common spaces, decoration inspired by the Renaissance with no exaggerations. The photos in TripAdvisor are precise. Clean rooms and quiet cleaning staff. The frescoes and wall papers in the rooms are really beautiful. Friendly, smiling, kind, discreet, beautiful... More

This is a really good hotel. The staff are amazing in particular Irene and a lady whose name begins with 'L' and had a 'z' in it, and wears glasses (apologises for forgetting). The location of the hotel was wonderful, right in the centre and very close to all the main sights. Stunning views from our bedroom. Really clean rooms... More

Despite Italian trains doing their best to thwart us, we were happily greeted at the hotel; a stone's throw from the Duomo and a 10€ taxi ride from the station (or walkable with only hand luggage). Given keys to a lovely and incredibly clean standard room with luxurious bathroom with all the soap/shampoo/shower cap niceties :). Air con was amazing.... More

We stayed here last week for a flying visit, one night only, trip to Florence. We had a last minute deal that my partner found online, and so that and the location were the reason we booked. We were not disappointed. The location is excellent, with everything we wanted to see in walking distance, particularly the Ponte Vecchio at just... More

i loved this hotel. wife got a good deal and were upgraded to a suite that had its own balcony facing the main street. our room i must say was too huge and stately. had the highest ceiling of any hotel i have stayed in which was painted as well. we had artistic furniture all over our room and had... We stayed there for a couple of days and this is a great hotel! Rooms are a bit small. but nice and clean!!! Its very central and you will be able to traverse the town very easily, making it an excellent choice! The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly - special thanks to Irene who made our stay... More

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooftop bar was expensive but worth it for the views. The location couldn't be bettered. Room perhaps slightly on the small side but it is in the city centre and we could see the Duomo if we leant out of the window! Breakfast was average and it was disappointing that some items had run... More

We were given an upgrade on check-in and the room was huge, clean and neutral colours, the bathroom was also nicely designed. Staff were helpful and approachable, assisting us to book a trip and organised a take out breakfast for us. Didn't have a drink at the rooftop bar but took photos from up there and the views were amazing.... More

It's true, the rooms are much nicer than advertised. This place was luxurious and very clean but the staff are so rude. We were greeted snd checked in by Mirko who was so lovely. He really made us feel welcome and excited about our stay. However, after returning from a day out, my husband and I were stopped and interrogated... More

From the minute we arrived, we were taken care of and relaxed. Lisa at the front desk was always helpful and professional. The room was beautifully spacious ( I had a classic King) with a lovely bathroom - and a bathtub perfect for soaking at the end of the day! Best of all the room could be darkened with the... More
