We have stayed here for 1 night and liked it. The location is great; close to Santa Maria Novella train station, and all the main sites of Florence are located within walking distance from the hotel. We were offered a welcome drink on arrival (some juice, coffee, chips and pastry), which was pleasant after a trip. Our room was spacious,... More

I went there 3 days. The location is great, 10 min walk from SMN stazione. The room was nice, clean and very big. The bathroom was tiny! Sitting on the toilet, you have you face in the sink, and the bathtub is so small it's dangerous! The breakfast is included, but nobody told me about it when I came in.... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in early October while visiting our daughter studying in Florence. We loved it! We had room 51 on the first floor and the shower is such that it could accommodate wheelchairs I believe; it was extremely clean from top to bottom. The hotel is on a fairly quiet street and the... We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Its ideal if you are plannig to spend most of your time outside your room, exploring the city. The rooms are small clean with a rustic look and feel, but not the luxurious type. Its proxmity to the train station is also an advantage, i woulg suggest you either take the tram... More

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for four nights. Room/Hotel: Our first impression was what a massive room we had been given. There were two single child-size beds and 2 singles pushed together to make a 'double'. This is not a hotel for a romantic getaway. We barely had a good nights sleep. I managed to hug him whilst asleep... More

Staff - ok. Not exceptional, not rude Bedroom - Good size, we had a family room which was 4 single beds but the double was two singles pushed together. They weren't even the same height and it was the cause of four nights disturbed sleep. This was more of a problem for my girlfriend who kept rolling into the inevitable... More

Avoid this hotel at all cost! We got an awful room: broken shower, bathroom door didn't close properly, squeaking floor and cupboard when walking in the room, bed sheets were dirty and with holes, shower curtain was dirty, toilet flush didn't work properly, bathroom was very tiny, the air-conditioner was really noisy... We asked to move to another room, they... More

Me and my husband spent here only one night last week. Although the hotel is a bit old, I can say that the room, with old furniture, was comfortable enough, clean and with good quality towels. Breakfast was also good . The price was cheap. the staff was very helpful and very kind. there's the possibility to park the car... More

Room for a family of 4 is spacious and beds fairly comfortable. But it doesn't make up for lack of cleanliness. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper and for room to be made up which was met with a rude attitude by the gentleman at the front desk. He didn't believe me about the room and came up to... More
