Stayed at hotel Ariele for three days in March 2007. Only the breakfast attendant and the housekeeping staff were friendly. The Hotel Ariele was very nice, it was a little upscale from the hotel we stayed at in Venice but the location was not centrally located. I wish I had spent at least a little more time researching the Florence bus system, but then again maybe I might have just been tired from all the walking we did in Venice.... more
