Very helpful personnel. Clean, quiet and located near the US consulate. Only 10 minutes walk from the center. Possibilty for car parking. The breakfast are quite OK and they serve good expresso macchiato. It is an old hotel but well maintained.

10 min walk to the Center. Hotel was spacious and comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that the walls are thin and you can hear everything that is happening outside in the lobby and the room next to you. If your up early it shouldn't be a problem. We stayed here at the end of our trip... More

Stayed here 3 nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. It has a lot of old world charm. Love the atmosphere. Wifi isn't very reliable. It worked on the first night. Not a big deal tho. Reasonably priced and they include a decent breakfast.

The hotel used to be the Swiss Embassy and it is situated in a nice residential neighborhood that is very accessible by bus or by walking to the tourist sites. The staff is pleasant. Our room had very tall walls, a terrazzo floor, en suite bathroom, and air conditioning. The dining room is also very nice and well stocked for... More

The staff are disinterested and unfriendly if you are unlucky enough to get the room in the rafters which is not shown on any brochure you will share your holiday with Mosquitos and pigeons. The location while a good fifteen minute walk to city centre is pleasant with cafés close by

The hotel is about 10 mins from florence SMN train station. We were able to easily drag our luggage from to the hotel. The hotel is close to the Arno river and about. 30 mins of walk to all the major tourist spots.. The hotel it self is alright.. The staff is not very friendly or helpful. We had to... More

Hotel Ariele has a great location. It is near the main railway station and within a walking distance of the center of Florence. Furthermore, the hotel is situated in a quiet small street away from city noise. We found the service in the hotel friendly and the breakfast was good. Rooms in this old and dignified hotel were spacious. There... More

We have stayed here for 1 night and liked it. The location is great; close to Santa Maria Novella train station, and all the main sites of Florence are located within walking distance from the hotel. We were offered a welcome drink on arrival (some juice, coffee, chips and pastry), which was pleasant after a trip. Our room was spacious,... More
