n this delightful hotel I stayed 25 years ago and I was fascinated, now after so many years I have returned with the fear of finding it very changed,, but to my delight I found identical, you seem to be in your home, same atmosphere, very clean, friendly staff, quiet, comfortable rooms, good brekfast, so for those seeking tranquility and... The service at this hotel was the best in our 2 week trip to Rome, Florence, and Venice. This was our favorite hotel. The concierge was very friendly and everything was personalized. The rooms were made up multiple times per day, with your slippers placed on a mat by your bed each evening, and the news for your home country... More

we very much enjoyed our stay. the staff was super friendly, the rooms were made up twice or even three times a day. sizes were great. breakfast buffet small but had everything you wish for! the concierge very very friendly and helpful. one thing though: it's not very central you walk about 15mins to get to the city centre. we... This hotel is a leisurely 15 minute stroll into the hectic tourist areas and is therefore a beautiful retreat! The service is exceptional and my room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The restaurant was discreet and high quality with caring and helpful service. Eat in the lovely little garden area if weather permits. Overall highly recommended!

We also stayed at the sister property in Rome as well for 3 nights. We dropped off the car as it was not needed as location is an easy walk to town. After seeing how crowded Florence is with tourists I was very glad I booked here away from the crowds. Hotel is right around the corner from the Four... More

Hotel location couldn't be better - just a short hop from the hustle and bustle of the town. Alessandro, Leonardo and Elena were very helpful. The Classic Room was big enough for us and our luggage, without feeling suffocated. Breakfast was very good, and very accommodating for special requests. Staying here again on our next trip to Florence!

We just came back from a fantastic long weekend break in Florence and must recommend this hotel. The staff were doing everything possible to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed our little break. The hotel was very clean & tidy, close to the centre of town (without being too close), and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely come back again!
