We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. We arrived late at night , the check-in went smoothly and friendly and our luggage arrived promptly to the room. The staff person Fiammetta was very friendly and provided us with every information we requested . The buffet breakfast was good and enough for us , but... More

I hate to leave a review like this- but I'm hoping to save others from making the same mistake of choosing this hotel based on the other good reviews. The hotel itself is a quaint, dated but lovely space. Very, very dated but unique. Same with the rooms. Fun to look at in passing but to spend 4 nights in-... More

I stayed at the Regency for 6 days, during warmest days in Italy in that period! You can walk to the attractions in 10-15 minutes, but when we were here there was a heat wave so we took taxi everyday. The hotel is very nice, but our room was small and poorly decorated, the plumbing is outdated, and the internet is... More

We returned for a four night stay after a lovely visit last year. In short, Regency is a beautiful estate with a very nice garden, friendly restaurant staff, and good amenities. The breakfast is okay, but probably the weakest of all 5-star hotels I have stayed at in Europe. If it had not been for the staff and garden, I... More

We really enjoyed this hotel. Located outside the city center, so you didn't feel as though you were inside all the hustle and bustle, and yet close enough that you could walk everywhere. The hotel is clean, has lovely decor and the breakfast buffet in the garden is a must. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a great experience at Regency Hotel in Florence. We loved the location, in a quiet, residential area across from a small park, a nice break from the hectic, more touristy areas but only a quick 10 minute walk to center of town. The highlight of the hotel is the beautiful outdoor space, it was great... More

absolutely loved this little boutique hotel, stayed in the garden room , so beautiful there, walking distance to everything, definite value for money not over inflated prices like most Italian hotels, clean and pleasant ambiance, the breakfast room was so classy, will go back for sure :) :)

I would have given this hotel 5 stars except for it's location off the beaten path. You can walk to the attractions in 10-15 minutes, but when we were here there was a heat wave so we took cabs everyday. We stayed in a junior suite and it was perfect for myself and two teenagers. The bathroom was BEAUTIFUL with... More

The service and the staff's willingness to accommodate their visitors is wonderful. The location is convenient. You can walk to shopping, galleries, restaurants, etc with ease. The breakfast is yummy. The room is clean, fairly spacious and very comfortable. Wifi access is free and easy to access. I would definitely return.

The room was a little small but clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, the waiters were extremely professional and also very friendly. The food in the restaurant was of a high standard, the breakfast first class and of a very high standard. Very nice.
