The Regency Hotel has plenty of character and charm perfectly suited to Florence. The staff are extremely warm, helpful and polished in their service delivery. The styling of the hotel is very traditional and old world with a story - which as really lovely. The gardens are beautiful in the afternoon to enjoy a glass of pinot grigio and watch... More

This hotel is well maintained and is in a gorgeous old building about ten minutes walk from the Duomo and the other attractions in the vicinity. The hotel itself is across from a park in a mainly residential neighbourhood, which adds to its distinctness. Service is first-rate. We left five large bags at the hotel a few days before checking... After one year Regency is still perfect for people who loves five star Hotel with a familiar environment. Hotel is right around the corner from the Four Seasons so if you have time I suggest to visit its fantastic garden. Regency's staff service is great and they are kind and helpful. There are several nice places within easy walking distance,... More

What an absolutely beautiful property. Incredibly attentive service every step of the way! You will not be disappointed. The room was extraordinarily ornate and almost bank vault like in feel. The hotel is walkable to many great attractions as well.

The service at this hotel was the best in our 2 week trip to Rome, Florence, and Venice. This was our favorite hotel. The concierge was very friendly and everything was personalized. The rooms were made up multiple times per day, with your slippers placed on a mat by your bed each evening, and the news for your home country... More

This hotel is a leisurely 15 minute stroll into the hectic tourist areas and is therefore a beautiful retreat! The service is exceptional and my room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The restaurant was discreet and high quality with caring and helpful service. Eat in the lovely little garden area if weather permits. Overall highly recommended!

We also stayed at the sister property in Rome as well for 3 nights. We dropped off the car as it was not needed as location is an easy walk to town. After seeing how crowded Florence is with tourists I was very glad I booked here away from the crowds. Hotel is right around the corner from the Four... More
