Beautiful hotel set in a stunning location. 5km from the centre of Florence which was perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the day! Free shuttle bus took you and picked you up which was perfect! The bar was lovely and relaxing, the food in the restaurant was outstanding, lovely to sit and have dinner by the... More

This hotel is simply, the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in. Aldo on the front desk was a delight. Simply an ambassador of service, thank you. We stayed in a junior suite with magnificent views and a whirlpool bath! The hotel pool is bigger then it looks! Their are only two minor downsides to this hotel. 1 - the... More

We (family of 4, kids are 9 and 6) spent 3 nights at Mulino di Firenze and had a great time. We will always remember how the entire staff perfectly handled the issues we faced during and after the thunderstorm we had early August. On purpose we stayed in this hotel as it is located outside of Florence. We did... More

We arrived at midday heat and was greeted warmly by Sabrina in the beautiful reception. Our two rooms were beautiful, comfortable, clean with many special touches such as a teddy bear in our sons cot. Getting into Florence was easy with the free shuttle bus, although a later return from Florence would be really good. The hotel facilities were excellent,... More

Beautiful hotel with great staff. We were upgraded on arrival to a pool view room and the staff were very friendly and kind. The food was great especially breakfast. There is a daily free shuttle into the centre of Florence. Please book this in advance. Taxi's cost between 15-20 euro from the centre to the hotel. Absolutely loved it here!... More

Firstly you should realise this hotel is about 4k out of town, there are shuttle buses to and from town, these are complimentary and run only at certain times. so you will be needing the €10 cab ride from time to time if visiting the Firenze. Now the Hotel, the atmosphere was serene throughout, that feeling of peace made the... More

This hotel is a gem. It is a 10 minute taxi ride up river from Ponte Vecchio. Just close enough for access to all the amenities of Florence but on the outskirts to be able to enjoy seeing the hills of Tuscany while eating an dinner while watching the sunset over the river. The staff is very helpful. The airlines... More

This is a really special hotel. We stayed for 3 days in early August as part of a longer trip to region and found It's location outside the hustle and bustle of city to be a real advantage. The hotel shuttle is prompt and comfortable. Only thought would be to include a later return to allow people to have early... More

We spent 2 nights here on a recent trip to Florence. The hotel is beautifully done & the room we had was lovely. The only slight downside was that it was near the road which could be a little noisy. The staff were extremely polite & very helpful. We only ate in the restaurant on 1 evening but the meal... More

My husband and I just stayed here in July2015 and loved this hotel, it is a favourite hotel of our entire trip. It's an old flour mill damaged in 1966 floods which has only been recently renovated and converted into a boutique hotel with 37 rooms, large outdoor pool, large outdoor garden area, terrace restaurant and bar overlooking the River...
