We met Francesco at the lobby and he immediately welcomed us with open arms and great recommendations (I know because we tried some). We loved our room and it surpassed all expectations. Just outside of the tourist center, it was in a perfect location. Our group didn't make it out of the the room at the checkout time embarrasingly, but... More

The hotel is located centrally 5 min walk from the Duomo, 10 min walk from the train station.Due to my busy schedule, I had no chance to prepare of the site visits and in general, could not pin any sight seeings I want to visit. Both guys in the reception were extremely helpful and eager to assist with very detailed... More

In general, Loggia Fiorentina was pretty good. The staff was helpful, and the room was clean, if small. Room had a sink and bidet, but bathrooms were shared. The location was okay, just on the edge of the main center of town, fifteen minute walk from the core. The two main downsides were the bathrooms and the noise. We did... More

Stayed here for four nights and it was just right. You share a bathroom and the room is small but for the price and location you cannot beat it. Staff was friendly and very organized to ensure everything was ready when we arrived. We got there late and the front desk had our name there with keys, maps, and tips... More

The hotel is just 10mins walk from SMN, but very much possible to miss out the hotel. We found it bit difficult to it find out but no complaints, as we have experienced it with all hotels in Italy :-( Other than that, the entire stay was very comfortable. Although the toilets were outside, they were clean and always available... More

I was back in Florence but this time with my parents and sister and we hired the suite which is upstairs from the main hotel. It was large, clean and had all the basic amenities. Location is great - which was key for us. If you are travelling in a group of 4 to 5 people then the suite is... More

Upon booking, the hotel send you a personalised email with reception times and first arrival information. The first two doors to the hotel are opened by codes which are provided on this email. After making the mistake of not writing them down and instead spending a lovely hour playing Uno, we got in to find a well decorated, clean interior.... More

- nice clean rooms on a good neighbourhood (5-10minutes to the dome) - friendly receptionists (you can ask for help and guidance) - clean rooms with daily cleaning - air conditioning AND fan - cheap but with shared bathroom (there was no crowd so that was okay)

Hotel was relatively clean. Staff were extremely helpfull and polite. Room could have been to a better standard but this is one of he cheaper hotels in a good location so I wasnt expecting much. The location was great as your away from the bussy streets but still have easy access to all the main atractions.

I found this hotel through trip advisor and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. It's an ideal location as it's so close to everything but it's still on a nice quiet little street. The room had everything I needed and the communal bathroom was always immaculate. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I'd already planned everywhere I... More
