The owner purposely books more rooms than he actually has to offer. We arrived early and actually managed to get a room, and it was alright. Later in the evening a french couple and a family of four arrived at the time they had agreed with the owner only to find out there were no places anymore. A girl who... More

IS NOT a Bed and Breakfast, is just a bed renting. For the breakfast you have to find the "bar" with special prices for the B&B customers, but that prices are the same you get in every bar. In Italy, the real name of this service is “Affittacamere” (Room renting in english) You'll see the owner only the day of... More

The lady who runs the place doesn't speak a lick of English, no service whatsoever your whole stay there, and no breakfast provided in the morning. There is no employee on site ever, and when you call or email them you won't get a response. Only stairs no elevator, and no view whatsoever. Loud and noisy at nights...you have to... More

Disappointing. The guy who ran the place wasn't friendly. We were told there was AC. When we asked, he pointed to the ceiling fan, laughed and said, "enjoy your AC." It's a shame because it was in a wonderful location, lots of great shops nearby, and a spacious room. Was also weird that there were two beds in the room,... More

The place of B&B is about a 15 min walk from the Uffizi, Place Vecciho, Galileo Museum, Ponte Vecciho... The single room is big enough, the shared bathrooms are always clean, the owners, Barbara & Cristina sister are very friendly and the rate is good. It was perfect to wake up every morning with the smell of coffee and found... More

We stayed in the Langoletto part of this Bed and Breakfast for 6 nights. Cristina and Barbara were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Although the sisters may not be fluent English speakers, we had no trouble understanding each other. Each morning one of the sisters was there to put a tasty breakfast on the table for us and...
