Beautiful hotels and beautiful rooms. Great location, within walking distance of the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the Santa Maria Novella train station, restaurants, bars, etc. Helpful staff. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our two week italian vacation. Would definitely return.

I have spent two nights in this hotel and all in all it was a pleasant experience. Great location, nice and comfortable room, many choices for breakfast. The only downside of my stay was no WIFI connection in the room and lack of understanding from the hotel stuff.

We arrived by train and were pleased at how easy it was to get to hotel, even with bags in tow. We found the location an easy stroll to everything! We could not have been more pleased with the room; it was very large by European standards and the bath extremely plush. We found the breakfast room to be fresh... More

Stayed here for 4 nights while in Florence - the hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are spacious (by European standards), and the bathrooms are very nice with an outstanding shower / tub. The location is perfect - located just off the Santa Maria Novella Church and about 5 minutes from the Duomo and main area of the city. The... More

We stayed for two nights in a king room. It was clean, and large enough for a short stay. Unfortunately we were put next to the breakfast room, after requesting a quiet room, and after a long flight we were too tired to complain. No sleeping past 7am, but the breakfast was good.

Booked a last minute room. Price was very good. Excellent location and staff. Rooms were very plush and modern. Only down sides (which were not that big of a deal) were poor wifi reception in the room, and I would have liked more variety for breakfast. I would definitely repeat and recommend.

What a great hotel, so close to the train/bus station which is really convienient if travelling from the UK as most flights go to Pisa and the bus links are perfect, 1 hours transfer on Terravision bus 16 euros pp return, from Pisa airport direct to Santa Maria Novella station and 2 mins from the hotel. Fabulous room on the... More

Just loved this hotel. Everything about it was special. It looked great from the exterior which is situated on a piazza overlooking Santa Maria church. Our room looked out over the square and church (we paid extra for a room with a view and well worth it). The room was amazing... very plush with a comfy bed. It was great... More

Stayed here on my last night in Italy. Room was kind of small, but perfect for one or two. Everything was new. Very clean. AC was nice and cool. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Central location. Would stay again!

This is really a beautiful hotel. Great design in an antique style. Love the lounge areas. The room was big and had everything we needed. Great bed and huge marble bathroom. It was really quite in the room. Good sleeping quality :) Lovely gym in the basement with sauna. The staff was really helpful. The cab ride to the airport... More
