Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Great location, great room (bathroom is large) and very accomodating staff. Make sure you get their breakfast, it was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere and very close to the train station. The bar is a comfortable place to unwind after a long day. I would stay there again and have recommended it... More

This is a nice hotel in a great location next to Santa Maria Novella and just minutes away from the Duomo and via de' Tornabuoni. The room I had was spacious, comfortable and quiet, and the staff are very helpful. One small hiccup was a wakeup call one morning that I had never requested, plus the WiFi can be temperamental.... Like Thundercrak, I find the bar at this upscale hotel to be a wonderful place to enjoy a light lunch. I've stopped by a couple times. Their panini are first rate, using top quality ingredients with a twist. Salads, too, are excellent and come served with some amazing foccaccia. The ambience is beautiful, service is great, and you can even... More

We had our best stay in Italy at this hotel in Florence. It was luxurious, clean and best of all well located to many of the best areas in Florence. The breakfast was great and in a room with a beautiful view of the piazza. Our room was large and the bathroom was superb. No complaints whatever.

Hotel is very nice and quiet. Design is nice (Italian are the best in design) and interesting idea is watches collection pictures. Breakfast good as for Italian breakfast standards (breakfast staff is not very professional and requires training) and restaurant had a nice view to Florence old town. Reception is professional and helpful - it is possible to leave them... More

Beautiful modern property and a great location! We took an 8 euro cab ride to the hotel from the Santa Maria Novella train station even though the driver told us that it was just down the street. She was very nice about it, but we didn't want to try to find the hotel while carrying our luggage in the middle... More

Spent 5 nights at this perfectly located hotel in Florence. Hotel was spotless, magnificent bathroom of white marble and waterfall shower. Received a complimentary upgrade on arrival which added to our pleasure. Beautiful views from duplex suite. Italian contemporary furnishings in an historic setting. Perfect location for exploring the city. Front desk efficient & friendly, Paolo most helpful. Hotel bar... More

Stayed here for two nights after a night in Pisa. Staff at the train station struggled to direct us to the hotel but a visit to the Tourist Info directly opposite the entrance to the train station quickly resolved the issue. Location is perfect, slightly quieter than central Florence but within five minutes walk of the Duomo. Public areas are... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is a 2 block walk with a line of selfie stick salesmen, from the SMN train station. The staff is welcoming and very informative upon arrival. The room was very clean. I walked during my whole stay. The hotel is at most a 10 minute brisk walk from most of the major attractions... More
