My wife, son and I recently stayed on the Hotel L'Orologio for two nights while visiting Florence. We arrived at the hotel around 12:30pm and they already had our room ready for us, which was unexpected and appreciated. The woman who checked us in was very helpful and showed us to our room. The room was beautiful, with dark hardwood... More

This hotel is GREAT! We arrived around 12:00 pm and our room wasn't ready which was fine. The gentleman who checked us in what fantastic and promised to store our bags for us. We headed out for a day of fun in the city and when we returned not only was our room ready, but our bags had already been... More

Hotel L'Orologio is a very nice hotel. It’s very modern and up-to-date. It’s also unique. The room was beautiful and had extremely tall ceilings. The bathroom looked like it was brand new and was beautiful. The only downside was no view from the room, although the breakfast room had a beautiful view of the square. The staff was very nice... This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel right in the piazza Maria Novella. It is just lovely to look at and so comfortable both in the room and the lounges on the entrance floor. It was one of my favorite hotels on our month long trip. We stayed here for 3 nights in June and will probably stay there next... More

This hotel is very close to the train station and all of the activities. The room was beautiful and overlooked the indoor water feature. The bathroom was very nice and had a fabulous tub and shower. Loved the workout room!

Very well located. We booked this hotel because it is very close to Santa Maria Novella Station and within walking distance to all the major attractions in Florence. We are very pleased with this Hotel. Our room was a bit dark, but since we didn't spend much time in there during the day it wasn't a big deal. The bathroom... More

We had just come from a bad experience at a Rome B&B, so this hotel was like heaven... PROS - Location on a piazza 1 block from the train station and walking distance to everything - Quiet inside and out - Good service from front desk (doubles as concierge) 24/7 and in English - Decor up-to-date AND Florentine at the... Best hotel on our recent trip to Italy that spanned Venice, Florence, Roma, Sorrento and Calabria. The rooms were great, the AC was great and the hotel itself was very high end for the price. The location was the key for us picking this place though. The staff was very helpful about train information and any other info we needed.... More

Lovely hotel very centrally located just a short 5 mins walk from the main railway station. The hotel is very well appointed and as the name suggests the theme is based on clocks. The room we had (214) was excellent and being a deluxe double room we had a spacious well appointed room on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was on... More

We loved the location of this hotel, in the Santa Novella area, very close to the Duomo. The hotel was beautifully renovated and had a lot of charm. Our room had a patio, with wonderful view. The hotel was within walking distance of the train station, which was perfect as we arrived by train from Rome.
