Stayed at the Rosso 23 or as it is now known as Garibaldi Blu for five nights. The location is very central and close to the railway station. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Shower was very small and bathroom was pokey. Breakfast was average, nothing fancy. Was unable to regulate the temperature of the room. Overall the stay was... More

I stayed here for four nights while attending a work conference in Florence. The lobby is shared with the Garibaldi Blu hotel which I think is a bit fancier than this one, so the lobby was quite beautiful. The room itself was small but clean and well kept. The bathroom was very nicely done. I also had a view of... More

We stayed in this hotel due to the location but were amazed to have a Big Room and comfy beds. It's so close to the Station, couple minutes walk. We also had a great view of the Basilica from our window. Also, loved the bathroom and the shower area. The hotel itself is small but very nice. We would stay... More

Great location. Close to railway station and within walking distance of everything you want to see in Florence. However, the hotel was grey and dark and the room was also large grey and dark. There was a statue of Batman in the foyer and it was appropriate for our surroundings. Didn't like the bathroom - had to step across the... More

What a lovely oasis of peace, calm and edgy design and aesthetics Rosso 23 is. Usually I choose old world charm and a room with a view but this very sleek, modern adaption of on old world villa has impeccable serve, clean and quiet rooms, a great lounge and bar and 5 star breakfast room ... and the perfect location... This place is a short walk from the main station and close to all the main attractions. The room I stayed in was 211 which was a tad small but adequate but clean. The only thing that disappointed me of this place was that the breakfast did not provide anything hot but it was adequate. The free wifi was strong... More

Very easy to access the hotel whether arriving by bus or train, a couple of minutes walk. Spotlessly clean with crisp white bedding and soft towels. Room 304 was a good size overlooking a courtyard. Shower a bit small but not a problem. I travelled with carry on luggage so there was no issue with floor space for cases. (... More

Hotel as previously described. First night problem with room rectified first thing next day. Second room at front second floor very good, bit more room in bathroom, two chairs etc and room to open luggage. Hotel has on/off lift problems but concierge helpful with luggage on arrival. Decent selection for continental breakfast and staff available to cater for different beverage... More

This hotel is in a good location a few minutes walk from the central station and just a short walk from all the main attractions in Florence. It is a modern hotel with nice rooms although a little small. Breakfast could have been better and the staff appeared to be under pressure with a full restaurant. We also suffered with... More

This hotel has been renovated to attract guests but the rooms vary enormously in size. The location is perfect as it is just outside the most crowded part of the city but in walking distance of the important sites. Our room, at the back of the hotel, looked onto the courtyard and was so small that we could hardly store... More
