We stayed here for 2 nights recently and we were very impressed. You really get a sense of italy with the tall ceilings with tall windows and shutters. Very comfortable bedrooms and generous en-suite. Lovely selection for breakfast and very, very good coffee. Eat in or outside on the terrace which in summer is brilliant. Very friendly hosts willing to... More

First of all, the location is perfect, just at 10 minutes from the Train Station and 15 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore church (by walking). The hostesses are attentive and helpful, they received us like if we were family, joking with us and giving us really helpful advices to enjoy Florence at its best, i couldnt ask for more... More

Overall good place to stay with helpful hosts but there are few things they could have done better. Location isn't too bad but expect to walk 20-25mins to access many of the tourist attractions. The staircase in the building did not have sensor light switch so I found it a bit unsafe to go up stairs to the hotel when... More

The ladies who run this hotel could not have been more helpful. Nice room with a little balcony. Big clean bathroom. A good central location, easy walking to Ponte Vechio and other sites. The breakfast was good with different choices.

It was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family of 4. Breakfast was simple but good. It was about 15 minute walk to the Florence attractions. The hostesses were very friendly. We got there in the afternoon when they were closed but they gave us the code to get in ahead of time so it was no... More

Located in northern part of Florance with easy access to historical sites. There were two young ladies who were really nice to my family, especially Ms. Lucia who was my daughter's favorite. One disadvantage of the building was that there was no elavator, so we had to take the stairs to first floor. The wifi was good;so was the breakfast... More

First time in Italy and first time in a B&B as part of an interrail trip, sadly could only stay one night. The hosts made me very welcome and were extremely helpful despite my inability to speak any Italian. The room was large, warm and clean with tea making facilities. No instant coffee. There was a balcony in the room... More

The hosts emailed us with all the details of how to get into the establishment which was helpful. Liliana and Lucia are two extremely friendly and lovely hosts and were also very helpful in giving us details of the city and apologising we needed to pay in cash due to a faulty EFTPOS machine. The room was quite large, internet... More

We were able to enjoy two nights at this lovely bed and breakfast. One at the beginning of our trip and another stay at the end. First, the bed and breakfast is positioned within a quick walk to all major sights and for a reasonable cost. Second, Liliana and Lucia are beyond sweet! They not only let us leave our... More

This was my first time staying at B&B. Liliana and Lucia are two extremely friendly and lovely hosts. Suggest to book your stay a few days before so that gives you enough time to communicate with them. Their reception isn't opened 24 hrs, and they closed at 1pm, so we had a little problem to enter the B&B because I... More
