I stayed in the Costanza room for a total of 3 nights in late October. The location is perfect - a 5-10 minute walk to basically anywhere, including the train station. We stayed 3 nights in September, 2009. We stayed in the purple room, it was charming with high ceilings and large shutter windows that overlook the Plazza del Republica.
