We recently stayed 5 days at a 2 bedroom, fully equipped apt in Tourist Ricci Florence. Location is excellent, nearby Duomo...walking distance to all places of interest within Florence, SMN train station, restaurants, supermarkets and less than 30 mins from the airport. Friendly reception staff who speaks English and you get free ice cream and coffee! The less positive points... More

location : superb! 100 meters from the Duomo hospitality : a 10 on a scale of 10; very friendly and warm welcome, good explanations and very helpful. I also noticed that non-Italian speaking guests were assisted in good English. The rooms are maybe a bit outdated but the presentation of the towels at arrival you usually only find in 5... More

Beyond doubt a fantastic stay. This apartment we stayed at which was number 4 has a kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, washer, ac/heat two bathrooms with a triple in one room and a double in the other. They have ice trays to make ice!! Our unit , was the Pecori and it has a balcony and is immediately down the street... More

Wonderful location right in the middle of town walk to everything. Free water, coffee ice creams at reception. Comfy bed big room. Hosts were very helpful. Window looked out onto a wall, you could hear every word the people in next room said check ou was at 10 :( but overall good place to stay at good price.

The venue was a standard fee taxi trip from the airport, and the railway station was about 10 minutes walk away. Located right in the city centre with the cathedral piazza a few metres up the street, the hotel was the ideal spot to begin each day's exploration. Opening the door from this quiet old building onto the busy pedestrian... More

We stayed at the apartment just up the road. It had three very spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and a terrace upstairs. The apartment was great, just what we needed and so close to everything. It was also very clean and felt very secure. Our only gripe was the lack of a kettle. I know the Italians... More

Right in the centre of the city, close to the Duomo cathedral. The room was cozy and clean and the management really helpful and friendly. There is a coffee machine and free ice cream in the lobby. Great restaurant opposite for when you are exhausted from all the sight seeing. Great value for money.

We stayed here on a recommendation from a friend and were so pleased. It's less than a minute from the Duomo and one street up from San Lorenzo and the market! It allowed us to drop of stuff during the day, nip back for a quick free coffee and sit down and was a brilliant base for sightseeing. Our room... More

We had great stay in Tourist House Ricci. It is located right next (just a block) to Duomo, 10 min walking distance from Train Sta. In fact, everything can be done by walking. The host was very nice and insightfull, free coffee and gelato (icecream) was fantastic. When we go back to Florence, we would like to stay here again!... More
