I stayed in this hotel in august and it was horrible. the rooms so dated with the leaking air-con unit. We had a flood in the room and i have asked for this to be sorted out, and they only switch this of so no air-con at all. The carpet was soaked and stinky but nobody taken it out from... More

We were in this hotel on Sunday Easter. We came to breakfast in festive mood and congratulated the lady which worked there. But instead of Easter entertainment she said us not to take apples with us. All the time we had our meal she stood by the door and looked at us, that we would not take a food with... More

I stayed here with my mum since it was her birthday. She had not been to Florence since 2009 and since her Anglo - Italian husband had died .this was a family reunion holiday with sightseeing too . I was told the breakfast was good .no ! Sugary cheap juice out of carton, only plan biscuits and 1 dry croissant... More

Friendly and helpful owners. Large room with big comfortable bed. Perfectly adequate bathroom with powerful shower. Good continental type breakfast. Location great, easy walking distance from the centre of Florence, station etc. Some traffic noise from the road as we were on the side next to it but got used to it, to be expected in city location. Wi-Fi didn't... More

This hotel is not the best. Location wise, it is quite near the train station. But going there is quite tricky as you have to take small narrow streets with uneven pavements and if you need to drag your luggage the journey can be daunting. So don't choose this hotel if you have baby strollers and all that. The pictures... More

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations for places to eat etc.. However after saying that, this is a really old hotel that is in dire need of some tlc. From what I could see, there's been very little maintenance done here in decades. Our room was on the top floor (no elevator by the way)... More

We loved our 4 night stay at the Arianna. The people that run it are super friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was fine - Florence is relatively small and you can walk easily to all the main sites in the City. It was about 10 mins walk from the main train station (includes dragging... More

My friend and I stayed here for four nights and had a lovely stay. We arrived much earlier than check in so obviously our room was not quite ready but the lovely front man was happy to store our bags for us and show us the must see places of Florence. We stayed in July so as you can imagine... More
