plus : well located, very clean, calm place, a map is given, a little nice breakfast, bed are comfortable minus: impossible to go in the hostel from 11am to 2pm, in the kitchen : oven not working, no hot plate staff blinkered, inflexible small rooms, narrow lockers in bad state, no air conditionning, wifi not working well

First of all, my overall stay was acceptable. Their personal website however gives a false impression of how nice the place is and what is included. For example: The website states "Each room is provided with a private LCD TV." This is completely false. There is only one outlet in each room so I don't know where they would even... More

This has been one of the worst hostels I have ever been to. The front desk person is extremely rude and would not help with directions to sights. The hostel also kicks guest out from 11am to 2pm everyday for what they call "cleaning". I was fine with them cleaning but when I came back nothing was cleaned in the... More

I really don't know how to qualify this place. I guess I would choose the word ghetto? Just look at how they present themselves on their letterbox. Not mention the fact that when I woke up at three in the morning to pee and saw that the sink had been filled halfway up with puke in one bathroom and the... More

This hostel is in a very good location it's close to everything! The rooms don't have locks on them so keep your stuff locked up, also don't stay in the front room if possible it is very nosy and the rooms are so hot it's a joke like impossible to even sleep

The hostel is conveniently located near the train station and many bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that they close the hostel from 11 am to 2 pm for cleaning (you have to vacate the building).

Not a bad place to stay. It was small and had a more intimate stay. The internet worked ok in the corridor but less frequently in the patio and kitchen. There wasn't many sockets for the electronics in the rooms. The rooms have lockers to keep your things safe. The staff was good, the young man at night was helpful... More

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Emerald Fields B&B! This is by far the best place we've stayed on our European trip! The room was so spacious, amd brand new! looked like a 4star hotel room! the Internet was unbelievably fast, the service was exceptional and the location was Prime! Right on the Mercado! The value paid was well... More

I enjoyed my stay at Emerald Fields. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean. The lockout time from 11-2 was a bit annoying everyday. The kitchen facilities were good, no stove top though. You soon learn to cook every meal using a microwave! The rooms have locks but you don't get keys to them, you have... More

This hostel is within easy walking distance of the train station (even when carrying a heavy pack). It`s close to the Accademia as well if you want to get up early to see David. Rooms have a refreshing color scheme and large lockers, but the doors to the rooms themselves don`t lock. No free breakfast, but there is a kitchen... More
