Everything is great about this B&B! Location is very adequate for exploring the city; about 15 minutes walking to Ponte Vecchio and about 30 seconds to the Boboli gardens! The building itself is breathing grandeur; inside a very well decorated commom room (where you have the nice and -for italian standards- elaborate breakfast, accompagnied by some nice grammophone music selected... La Terrazza Su Boboli is such a beautiful oasis of calm to come 'home' to after all the walking that you end up doing in Firenze. The rooms (I stayed in #1) are large and well-decorated, the ensuite is modern and very clean. Our hosts were so friendly, showing us how to get around, advising on what to see etc.... More

Luigi and Barbera could not be more gracious hosts. We had a Spacious room next to the road which had excellent double glazing which made the traffic noise barely audible so they may have acted on previous reviews. The room was very nice with a good shower and ensuite and breakfast was good with good coffee. Our hosts could not... More

My partner and I stayed 4 nights here. The hospitality offered by Barbara and her partner could not be faulted. The only advice I could impart to potential future visitors is that rooms on the road are quite noisy. The traffic starts early in the morning and finishes up quite late. Also the beds aren't the softest, but wonderful for... More

Truly best place one could ever stay in Florence! The location itself is perfect, on the west side of the river or what many Florentine would consider to be the true Florence as it is not overwhelmingly crowded and commercialized with tourism. With a view of the Boboli garden and around the corner from many delicious food and wine options,... More

The charming owners welcomed us into their spacious home. We heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone. It is a nice walk to the city centre or you can take the bus for just €1.20 for a 90 min ticket (buy from the tabbacchi shops). The owners recommended we try Antica Porta for pizzas (there was an primi plate of raw... More

We had a very nice room and Bledi was very helpful with site seeing and transportation. We were within walking distance to most sites. Took day trips and returned to hotel at night. Good restaurants nearby for anything from just coffee and croissant to full meals. Area shops were also nice. Would stay there again.

The accommodation at the B&B is very comfortable & also really interesting - its like staying in an art gallery! Superb hosts help with anything and its in a great location in the real Florence. We felt so welcome and thoroughly enjoyed staying there - we'll be back.

Very cosy b&b, we loved listening to opera during breakfast. :) The accommodation is easy to approach by car, but still pretty close to the historical center. The hosts are super friendly and helpful with finding your way around. The walls are a bit thin so be prepared to wake up with other (noisy) guests.
