Lovely large room with a loft for the parents. The kids slept downstairs on foldaway beds. Small kitchen with oven, stove and fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities. Great location on the south side of the River Arno just down from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Breakfast at a local cafe included. Lovely.

My wife and I stayed at this location and loved it. It is not a traditional hotel which I though made it nice. I felt like I was coming home at the end of a day and night of site seeing and partying. The location is in the part of the city you want to be in. It is literally... More

Just got back from our honeymoon I can't agree more with all the positive reviews. The staff were so friendly and the location is great to walk to everything. Would recommend to everyone that is looking for a quality stay in a good location.

I loved staying at this hotel. It's location is fantastic and it is filled with charm and character. It's the only place I'll stay in Florence and have recommended it to many friends and family members who have also all raved about it. It's one hundred times better than staying at a traditional hotel. The rooms are more spacious and... More

We had the Frida Kahlo room and the Emily Dickenson apartment for 5 adults and 4 nights. It was so wonderful we never wanted to leave!! The the rooms were spacious and the terrace outside with a view of the Duomo made us feel like we never wanted to leave even to sightsee! Claudia was so sweet and helpful, highlighting... More

We visited Florence over the Thanksgiving holiday while our daughter was studying there. We found this wonderful apartment through Trip Advisor and were delighted with our experience. The apartment was very spacious and homey. It was conveniently located near the sights of Florence. We had a challenge in the beginning with our luggage not arriving and Luca was incredibly attentive... More

This was a truly beautiful and secure building. The first hallway had a gated entrance, oldish elevator worked perfectly to the third floor. Our room was tucked away in a quiet corner, had everything we could have wanted. Small kitchenette for drinks and mini fridge. Very clean and comfortable. Alessandra was very polite, helpful and professional with anything we needed.... More

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in October of 2013. The place is quite ggod especially considering location and price. There are only few things that I would consider marginally inconvenient. And I would say that many those things would be just fine for many other guests. I would definitely stay in this place again.... More

Step through the front door of the Residenza d’Epoca Via Santo Spirito 6, Firenze, IT and you will find a little bit of Italian heaven. From Caterina and Alessandra's welcome to the exquisite room decors, the little gold bags of bath products to the basket of teas and coffee, refrigeratedwater, what a pleasurable welcome these weary travelers felt. We were... More

Myself and a friend spent three nights in the Giovanna Garzoni room in the Residenza d'Epoca and I can't recommend it highly enough. When I was looking for accommodation back in January I was overwhelmed with the choice available in Florence. Evenutally I chose three of Trip Advisor's top picks in our price range. My friend and I agreed on... More
