This is not a manned hotel except in the morning but it's easy to get hold of the manager who could not be more helpful or friendly. Lovely looking rooms, helpful staff, and ideal for staying with your partner. The location is a huge bonus, just a minute walk to the Palazzo Vecchio and a couple of minutes walk to the Duomo. Bathrooms were clean and had everything you needed though they have a shower cubicle rather than a bath. Highly recommended, would stay there again. more

From the moment you book to check in through check out, this place screams at you "do not expect any human touch". Its written loud and clear in the website but you do not want to be reminded at all times that you are not supposed to expect any service.
