My husband and I stayed at Uffizi Harmony for the 3 nights we were in Florence and we loved it. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and exactly as pictured. Alessandro was really friendly and exceptionally helpful, making lovely coffee for us each morning and serving up the most delicious croissants. Alessandro was on hand to help each morning and... I booked 5 nights here for after a work conference in the nearby town of Prato, to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. My girlfriend arrived one day before me and was running later than the time I quoted when I booked. I received a phone call from Alessandro, who was the 'concierge' and manager if the hotel, enquiring when she would... More

We stayed 2 nights at room #2. Very clean, very comfortable room. Very old building but interior is restored and every part of the room and bedroom is quite modern. Very quiet room although the street is quite crowded and noisy till early in the morning. Location is walking distance to most popular areas of interest. You have to climb... More

Staying in Uffizi

Neighborhood Profile
Uffizi
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
