Amazing location, wonderful staff, clean rooms, and a 2 minute walk to The Duomo. They suggested a great day trip for us and when I needed a electrical adapter to charge my camera they went out and bought me one! Truly a great experience. more

What a superb location-so central yet on a side street away from the noisy street market. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helped us with travel plans, buses ,walks etc. The rooms are typically tuscan with atmosphere. Very clean and excellent value for money. more

This is a centrally located hotel near shops and market stalls. There is no lift and the reception is located on the first floor. All the staff we met during our stay were friendly. The first night they had overbooked so we lugged our cases back down the long staircase and across the road to the Hotel Centro[much nicer]. no apology. Next day breakfast brought to room. stale rolls, orange squash, dairy lea type cheese ,coffee. No tea or cereal. Toilet was in the shower. Admit the location was good and the room clean. more
