I stayed in this beautifully decorated hotel and found it very pleasant. My room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the breakfast room is unsurpassable. The hotel is located in a splendid palazzo in a street that is quiet but only five minutes from the Piazza del Duomo.

Our room was quite large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had a shower over the bath with reasonable water pressure and temperature control. It was possible to see the dome of the Duomo from the room. The view from the breakfast room was very impressive. It is about a 10 minute walk into the centre. Four keys are required to... More

This is a small establisbment with only 5rooms if i am not wrong. But one of the best stay during my 17days trip in Italy and France. We booked only the most basic room but were given the room with a outdoor terrace (with white roses) with a view of the city and can even see the Dumno! Its so... More

This is a beautiful hotel with a great breakfast and excellent view of the city! We loved this hotel and would highly recommend it. We stayed here in sep 2011 and we very happy. Contemporary, clean rooms and very helpful staff! Duomo is a short walk and our room had a nice view of the garden.

My girlfriend and I stayed 4 nights in Home in Palace in mid September 2011. It was perfect! Leny was a wonderful host, always welcoming and helpful, but not overbearing. The hotel itself consists of 5 rooms in the top of a wonderfully old building that is about a 8-10 minute walk from the Duomo. The building itself oozes character!... More

Its a small hotel/B&bB, simply but very well furnished, in the roof of a Palazzo. This gives the amazing views across the rooftops of Florence from the bedroom windows and particularly from the breakfast room. Our room was excellent, quiet and comfortable, and Leni was very helpful. What makes it different is that you are in a Palace, with a... More

This excellent B&B provided everything....lots of character and charm, top notch customer service, and the breakfast was great. Everything you need to support you in your quest to discover Florence. Miss Leny was fantastic and helpful, and the location is perfect as it is very convenient but just far enough away from the noise of the tourists. Beautiful decor, and... More

In our Italian trip this was one hotel that had so much character, that we fell in love with it. Hotel made in a palace with 2 Lifts ( each one a unique one) and 5 keys for various gates. Room with a sun roof and a terrace. The breakfast room with a wonderful view. All this was provided at... More

All I can is wow!! Florence was my intended destination as I was there for a wedding. But after 3days of sight-seeing in Rome, I was ready to go home! And home - I was! My room was awesome - big and spacious. Had a terrace which overlooked the rooftops of Florence and I can see the Duomo! Always clean!... More

Beautiful accommodations within easy walking distance to the Duomo and the Academia Museum. Leny and Grace were most gracious and accommodating to help us with every little detail. The facilities were extremely comfortable, almost luxurous, with a view of the Duomo dome from the breakfast room. We loved our 4 day visit to Florence and would definitely rent at HOME... More
