My family and I had an amazing time at Acacia! Our apartment couldn't have been in a better location as it was right next to St. Croce. Therefore most of the major sights as well as great restaurants/bars and shops were within 15min walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable and although it was the end of June and the... Our welcome was very informative, lovely lady, gave us a map to show us all the highlights of the city, places to go and eat and monuments to see. The apartment was quite central, we were able to walk everywhere which is the best way to see the city. Great food, friendly people and excellent for shopping. The views of... More

This apartment was in a fantastic location and was comfortable. It was a bit dated, especially the kitchen but otherwise was wonderful. The only thing that no one mentioned was the 88 stairs to our apartment!!! No lift!!! very hard with luggage. The staff were very helpful during our short stay.

The staff is wonderful at Acacia. We would recommend getting the locks updated on the apartment we used as they were very difficult to use. The location could not have been better for visiting the wonderful sites in Florence. Do bring earplugs as sometimes there will be partying late into the evening .

This was my first extended trip to Florence (1 month), and staying with Acacia was an excellent decision. Diana was unbelievably kind and accommodating. She found me an apartment (the Camelia) that was just about as central as you can possibly imagine, right next door to the Uffizi, which is what I wanted, and was very helpful in orienting me... When I first was shown the room I went Wow. It's not often I have that response. The apartment was a lot bigger than I imagined so I was excited. I selected "Agave", which is on the other side of the river, as my base for the week while I explored Florence, Siena, Pisa & Lucca. I couldn't have chosen... More

For the same price range, i do not think you can find a bettee appartment than this one . We stayed at Pepi 7, the two bedroom appartment is big and clean, it has everything you need. The only reason that i give it 4 star instead 5 is because ther is a bar ouside the windown. Kind loud, but... More

In Santa Croce, this location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk to any where you want. Caffe, restaurants in the neighborhood are divine, people are so friendly. I remember that a barista allow me to take a long plate off the shop to handle the coffee deliver to my friends.
