I thought that it would be difficult to book and make the arrangements, but it turned up to be like going to visit a friends house, only she gives the keys and stays elsewhere.. Diana is a very easy going person and there for you with everything you need. I ENJOYED it and after 10 times I've been in florence... More

I "had" to be in Florence for the better part of the week for a business meeting. Rather than a hotel, I searched for an alternative that might be low-cost, and also far more personal. I found such a place with Acacia. Deanna is wonderful, and everyone I met, from the folks who handled my reservations, who emailed me before... More

Sorry for taking awhile to write this review. Prior to us arriving, Diana and Federica were amazing. They were very responsive to my numerous emails and willing to make our 2nd wedding anniversary and 5 night stay in Florence a special one. When we arrived, Federica was at the front door to greet us. As planned, Federica had champagne, a... More

We live in Campucco 9, it isn't very big, but I think, it costs it's money. It is located near the center of Florence, so you can go to any interesting place by foot. I think, it is a good offer for couples, which don't want to spend a lot of money for apartment or hotel.

Absolutely stunning apartment which offered us everything we needed to make some home cooked meals during our 3 day visit to Florence. This was particularly welcome for us as we were eating out for the rest of our fortnight in Italy. Diana gave us some great tips for buying local produce at great prices too. The apartment was modern, spotlessly... More

We had a lovely welcome to the apartment and it was exactly as we were looking for, medieval quaint and tastefully decorated. Location could not be better in order to visit galleries monuments etc......however all this means nothing with no sleep on the last night and disturbed sleep on the other two nights. With bars nearby there was a constant... More

My husband and I stayed in one of the Acacia apartments 'Via Dei Pepi- 1 bedroom apartment' for 3 nights on our European honeymoon. When Diana met us on check in and took us through the apartment it was so overwhelming that i had tears in my eyes, it was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The appartment was huge, 2... More

I think I've been to Florence 10-12 times. The last six or eight times I have chosen Acacia Firenze because of the stylish, warm and friendly atmosphere in the apartments that Diana has decorated. The apartments are situated close to the center of Florence and always nice and clean! Compared to other places in Florence Acacia Firenze will be my... More

Acacia has several appartments to choose from in Florence. We stayed at the Gelsomino and were not disappointed. From the very start of the booking process to the check out, Diana was absolutely wonderful and made us feel at home. She met us when we showed up with cake and coffee, answered all questions and refused our cash payment so... More

My girlfriend and I stayed in Magnolia last June (...this is a late review), and absolutely loved being able to stay in a local apartment instead of a hotel. Before our arrival, Diana was extremely gracious about finding us a place that met our budget, booked several museums for us and was able to answer all of our questions. The... More
