This was a very bad experience. The hotel's location is great, but this is its only plus. The rooms are cold and very basic. One miniature bar of soap for your entire stay, sheets are not changed, no matter how long your stay is. Customer service, non existent. Unfriendly manager. Hotel was very stingy with towels (felt like tablecloths); soap; food, and maps. We had 3 staying in our room; had to beg for a 3rd towel. No handtowels or washcloths provided. Soaps are very small and you only get 1 per room. No bath mat, our bathroom floor flooded every time we took a shower. I was very worried... More

Biggest complaint is wi fi. You have to pay for it per day, and it's not bad when you can get it BUT it does not work in many rooms (tried with Android, iPhone and iPad). You have to stand out in a common area to get a signal. Walk down the corridor to my room and lose the signal... More

Stayed recently for 3 nights and I can say the hotel is not worth 1 star let alone 2!! I know it was cheaper than most hotels but still not worth the money. We ended up in this hotel cause our dear hotel medici was fully booked and sent us here without having the decency to tell us beforehand I was pleased i got in this hotel great service very helpful people. Easy walking from the train/bus station. Close walking to all attractions in Florence. Great restaurants good value for money very near. Hotel a bit faded but comfy bed and large bathroom.

rooms are dirty and ugly. lights go out frequently. no shower curtains.water stops in the shower if toilet used. stuff mostly do not speak english and some of them very rude. worst experience in the hotel ever.

In Firenze, is not important, the classical giambologna sculptures, or Botticcelli.
