Located in the middle of the wheat farms of the valley near Cortona this rehabilitated farm house is a wonderful place for couples or families to spend some time. The rooms are comfortable and the location is beautiful. The owners Dimetri and Simonetti are full time owners and managers. The lawns a well maintained and the rose gardens are wonderful.... More

Simonetta and Dimitri run an absolutely magical b&b just outside of Cortona, Tuscany, Italy. If there any downside, it's that it's a bit hard to find the first time you drive there. However, once there, it's about as perfect as it can get. The accommodations are lovely, the grounds gorgeous, and the food is sublime. Plan to have dinner, and... More

If you're looking to experience agriturismo in Italy, look no further - it doesn't get better than this. We had an amazing week at the Agrisalotto with our 2 young children (6 and 4) thanks to the warm hospitality of Simonetta and Dimitri. The accommodation is beautiful - well equipped, comfortable rooms and a garden that is paradise for adults... More

We had trawled Toscana and Umbria on Tripadvisor for a good place and ended up with Agrisalotto due to the very good reviews. We were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived on the wrong day (daddy had got the dates one week wrong) we felt very welcome and the re-booking was quickly taken care of by Simonetta. The place... More

The warmth of Simonetta and Dimitri is incredible! We asked about getting some wine and a few minutes later, Simonetta showed up with a tray of Tuscan delicacies.... and wine!! The room was ample, quiet, and had nice views of the countryside. The little kitchenette is well equipped. The bathroom is quite modern. The restaurant attached to the hotel is... More

For the third year we stayed with our two daughters at Agrisalotto. The hospitality of the owners Simonetta and Dimitri is superbe! Nice, broad-minded, smart, funny, and above all real Italian ;-) The quality of the food (and the wine) in the restaurant is great; fresh and tasty (and if nessecary gluten free). We would like to keep Agrisalotto our... More

We came here for a long weekend back in July, we were looking for somewhere we could relax, eat good food, drink good wine and be able to drive to a few sights & vineyards along the way. Agrisalotto did not dissapoint! The inhouse restaurant was an amazing surprise, I'm usually the sort who refuses to eat at the same... More

The hosts are hospitable and the setting beautiful. A wonderful place to use as your base for exploring Tuscany, and close to Cortona. It's possible to do a little cooking for yourself and it's wonderful to come home after sightseeing and relax on the lovely grounds. Did I say "home"? Yes, that's how it feels. Have returned several times, and... More

Thanks Dimitri and Simonetta! We felt very welcome and at home. The food was superb (Especially the ravioli with gorgonzola and pear!) Until a future encounter :-) Mark, Charlotte, Sterre and Sophie.
