In 2012/13 we wanted a place to rent for a year. We asked about il giardino but decided the stairs would be difficult for me due to some recent surgery. Simona had the perfect response, another property she had available belonging to her sister, Silva, right around the corner. It was absolutely perfect, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with a fireplace... More

We were in Cortona for 4 months in 2013 and 2 weeks in 2014. Simona and her family are fantastic! We love the terrace of Giardino di Sant'Agostino! It wasn't available when we were there, but, Simona set us up with their completely updated 2 BR 2 Bath townhome on Vicolo Del Loreto! Ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen... More

We stayed at Il Giardino during the summer of 2012 for nearly three weeks. We loved every bit of our stay in Simona’s apartment. The apartment is a short walk away from the main piazza in Cortona, a lovely medieval town that resides in perfect harmony with its past and present. Shopping, churches, and museums are conveniently located. Cortona is... More

We stayed in Simona and Gianni's house in Via Del Loreto (one of their other properties) for 4 days. We absolutely did not want to leave! Simona organised everything for us to make our stay superb, she even organised a car to pick us up from Camucia and take us back there after our stay. The house used to be... More

We spent 4 nights in Cortona and thoroughly enjoyed it. What made it really memorable was the fabulous 'Il Giardino'. It is close to free parking and within short walking distance of the two main piazzas. We were a party of 3 adults and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and there is... More
