One of our favorite stays in Italy EVER!!!!! We stayed 6 nights and did not want to leave. We were welcomed by Agatha and given some great info on the area and a wonderful tour of the 230 year old villa. We saw three of the rooms and they were all roomy with great private baths. Our room had a... More

Fantastic b&b. The hosts are very welcoming and ensure that you have a wonderful stay. The rooms are spotless, very comfortable and authentic to the period of the building. Breakfast is incredible and whilst located near the autostrada it's quite quiet. Would definitely stay here again

Salvatore e Agatha are so kind that you don't feel like going back home anymore. They run "their home" with so much passion that you really feel like that's your own house. The breakfast is splendid, served in the garden with a magnificent view of mount Etna. They also give nice tips to visit Taormina without going throught some issues... More

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed a unique Sicilian experience. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They treated us warmly as if we belonged to their family. The villa is beautifully designed with very nice gardens and view to Mount Etna. It was like going back in time, staying in a beautiful villa 200 years ago. The distance... More

During our stay, we experienced all of the positive things so accurately described in the other reviews - the friendly and warm hospitality of Agata and Salvatore, the wonderful outdoor area and the excellent breakfast to name but a few. Agata told me that the house has been in their family for the last 220 years, prior to which it... More

Throughout our honeymoon in Sicily we had been to many hotels and BB. This one was an experience that we didn't have anywhere else. First off it's a beautiful well kept Sicilian manor, in itself work exploring, and the owners, Agata and Salvatore, are the most gracious of hosts. They did everything they could do make us feel comfortable including... More

We spent 6 wonderfully relaxing days here and the location was great for exploring the area in our hire car but what made the holiday a real treat was the quality and atmosphere of Villa Chiarenza! This beautiful family home oozes charm with it's original works of art and antiques and the breakfasts soon became our favourite meal of the... More

This magnificient villa is a veritable museum with a wonderful garden with a stunning view of mount Etna, living rooms with all kinds of treasures (quality paintings, sculptures, tapestries and musical instruments) as well as spacious bedrooms with all the modern amenities for the guests. The hosts for the occasion were a most refined elderly couple who did everything to... More

Three of us stayed 2 nights enjoying a very comfortable upstairs room with a spacious balcony with panoramic views to Etna and surrounds. Our hosts were a lovely couple who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable (even ordered some pizzas for us to be delivered). The breakfast (fruit, cheeses, meats, pastries, fresh orange juice) in the... More

We truly enjoyed our stay in Villa Chiarenza which is just a 10-minute walk away from Giardini Naxos. The rooms are full of fine antiques and big - ours was in fact two rooms. The breakfast is delicious and - weather permitting - will be served outside on the lovely garden terrace. The hosts are a charming friendly couple.
