The facilities, staff and amenities were wonderful. No need for a car when visiting this hotel, everything is within walking distance. The hotel is on the main street of Taormina and is next to the Catania (south) gate. We had two sea view rooms which had balconies overlooking the courtyard below and unbelievable views of the sea. Breakfast is served... More

Located at one end of the main pedestrian street of Taormina this hotel is perfectly located. Just walk out the front door and its all there. It is in an old building so you won't find modern facilities nor large rooms. But its got plenty of character. The beds were adequate and we had a room at the rear of... More

The hotel is on the south end of the Main Street, Corso Umberto. It was perfectly located to explore Taormina as it is close to all of the restaurants/shops and is about a 10 minute walk to the Ancient Greek Amphitheater. The hotel is approx 2 minutes from a 24 hour car park (Porta Catania) which was helpful as we... More

This hotel is absolutely worth the while. Although Taormina is very crowded (and obviously not least thanks to tourists!) it is a very special place. Strolling up and down the main street (among others), Corso Umberto I, that is, is close to magic. And this hotel simply lies straight on to the Corso. From the roof terrace where breakfast is... Graziella, Mario and the rest of the staff in this lovely hotel made our stay in Taormina outstanding. Stayed there for 2 weeks and had one of our best holidays ever. The hotel is nice and clean and has a fantastic view from the roof terasse where we had a lovely breakfast every day.

This is a really attractive hotel with very helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable, though the bathroom was rather cramped, probably because the hotel is a converted palazzo. You will love the terrace with its great views, but you will also appreciate being able to step straight out into the main, pedestrianised street. Excellent places to eat all around.

Located a few metres of Porto Catania this family run hotel is an excellent base. Graziela and her staff are most helpful and welcoming. There is a very good buffet breakfast on a terrace with splendid views of Mt Etna and the sea.we have no hesitation in recommending

Hotel is very close to the Post Office and on Corso Umberto so very easy to find. If you are driving, the public car park is nearby. Breakfast is awesome and you have amazing views while you sip your coffee. Reception is friendly and very helpful. Wi-fi is free and fast. Positive experience overall.

Easy to find, excellent location, wonderful sea views and Etna views from the breakfast terrace, that was also available for use with your own food during the day. The family made us feel very welcome, with umbrellas available when it rained. Breakfast was excellent especially the home made cakes. Definitely recommend the Hotel del Corso and would stay there again... More
