The positive. We really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to make a return visit. Agree with all fellow reviewers that the staff in this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is ideal - just a couple of minutes from the bus station (8 euros from the airport);... More

The Sirius Hotel was the final stop on our recent Italian vacation, and it seems we saved the best for last! From the initial gracious welcome by the lovely Fabiola, the charming hotel desk clerk, to the smiling and obliging Agostino, who was so accommodating in the breakfast room with that welcomed second cappuccino, we were treated as friends rather... We stayed last week for 8 days and upgraded to Superior Room with a sea view which was well worth it because the view is stunning. The hotel is located 100mts from the bus station which we used to and from the airport 7.50 euros v taxi 90 euros and very efficient service. Also got a bus to Castelmola for... More

This hotel is a gem. It's close to all the things you want to see. We were in room 118 and I highly recommend it. It had a wraparound terrace and was perfect for watching the sunrises and sunsets. The breakfast was excellent as well. Reception was a little moody, seemingly griping about our group in rapid Italian when we... More

Very close to the historic center of town but just far enough away to have incredible views. Staff was superb -- competent and genuinely hospitable from front desk through the dining room. We had a junior suite that was well-designed, tastefully decorated and with a terrace twice the size of the room. Certainly one of the best places to stay... More

We stayed this October for 7 nights & had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, the coast & picturesque surroundings. The staff were really nice & helpful, the buffet style breakfast was good with a varied choice to suit most tastes. I loved the Etna honey as did my wife. The location is good being close to town... We spent 3 days at the Sirius hotel in Taormina in October, while on a tour of Sicily. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and has stunning views of The Taormina beaches. The breakfast was great, with lots of choices (buffet style). The staff is friendly and so are the owners. The hotel is just a bit of a walk from... More

Lovely old world hotel, stuffed full of charming art works and beautifully decorated. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Our room was large and the view from the terrace was stunning. Everywhere was clean and tidy and we had a most enjoyable stay. The location is convenient for cable car, bus station and centre. The dinner menu was quite... More

Love this place. A little hard to find, but a gem! Wonderful staff, who were very helpful to us while we were there. Rooms were very nice and spotless. Views were breathtaking. The location is great. Just a short walk to the town for restaurants and shopping. We had breakfast here every morning and it was by far, the best... More

I'm not sure quite what happened on Trip Advisor, as my review for this splendid hotel ended up on another hotel's page...so here goes the correct review of this amazing hotel!! Love this upside-down hotel..the 5th on our monthlong tour on our own through Italy! By upside down, I mean you enter on the 5th or 6th floor and take... More
